The location of the property is amazing, everything is walkable . The offsite parking was incredibly helpful as we had a car to run errands for our daughter’s wedding. The home actually has 3 bedrooms and was perfect for our trip. Recommend this VRBO highly for anyone traveling to Newport.

This location is perfect as it is right in the heart of Newport and you can walk easily to many of the historic areas. We were pleased. If you have trouble with stairs, it might be harder for you. We did fine since there was a bathroom downstairs and a nice couch for the one of us that had trouble with stairs to enjoy.

Great place for our family during a wedding weekend in Newport. The location was just about perfect, right off Thames Street, close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away from the activity that it was still quiet. Parking was easy, which made things even simpler. The house was very clean, updated and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and even to have a few others stop by without feeling crowded. Everything was easy and comfortable. We would absolutely recommend it and would stay here again.

Do not hesitate to book this Vrbo.!! Just finished a girls weekend (4 ladies) . The location was amazing. One block from all the action on a quiet ,safe, side street. Very clean, well-thought out and so so comfortable. Beds and bedding were amazing , plus a tv in all 3 bedrooms! Room for 2 cars to park was a bonus. Host was quick to respond and Ck in/ck out simple and easy . Had everything plus more than we needed! Exceeded expectation! We hope to be back and will recommend to all friends and family! Thank you!

The location surpassed our expectations! Quick walk to explore Thames St or head the other way to explore King Park and enjoy the harbor at sunset. House was clean and more spacious than anticipated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Parked two cars with ample space for a third. Would not hesitate to return. I can not emphasize more how perfect this location is.

Might want to change the description to reflect that there were 3 bedrooms rather than 2. We like to sit outdoors and there were not the outside table and chairs until 5 days into our stay. The rental was very well equipped and extraordinarily clean. Location was wonderful.
