This Condo features an open floor plan anchored by a living area with a cozy fireplace. Adjacent are the kitchen and a spiral staircase leading to a lofted area with a queen size futon. The Loft's two bedrooms are on either side of the living area and feature 1 queen size bed and 1 king size bed, each with en-suite bathrooms. The outdoor deck is the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine and take in seasonal glimpses of Newport Harbor and the ocean air.
This condo is steps away from great restaurants on Lower Thames Street and Newport Harbor. It is conveniently located to all area attractions. Parking for two cars is included.
Please note - exterior stairs are required to access the Loft. Seasonal glimpses of Newport Harbor occur in the late fall and winter.
The lofted area is perched above an open concept kitchen and living room. The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living room for optimal privacy. There is also a private deck with partial views of Newport Harbor. The deck has a pub height table with seating for 4.
***Cancellation Policy***
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION:
Guest agrees to the following:
To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
