This Condo features an open floor plan anchored by a living area with a cozy fireplace. Adjacent are the kitchen and a spiral staircase leading to a lofted area with a queen size sofa bed. The Loft's two bedrooms are on either side of the living area and feature queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The outdoor deck is the perfect place to sit in the sun and take in seasonal glimpses of Newport Harbor and the ocean air.

This condo is steps away from great restaurants on Lower Thames Street and Newport Harbor. It is conveniently located to all area attractions. Parking for two cars is included.

Please note - exterior stairs are required to access the Loft. Seasonal glimpses of Newport Harbor occur in the late fall and winter.
The lofted area is perched above an open concept kitchen and living room. The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living room for optimal privacy. There is also a private deck with partial views of Newport Harbor. The deck has a pub height table with seating for 4.
***Cancellation Policy***
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.


PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION:
Guest agrees to the following:
To complete a booking, Guest is required to submit an online Guest Identity Verification form. A copy of a government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Excellent location! Great visit!
We just arrived back from a weekend in Newport at this property. The location is fantastic - close enough to walk to all the things but not right in the heat of the tourist area so a bit quieter. We had an issue with a toilet on arrival - it wasn't flushing - but the hosts responded quickly and the gentleman that came to fix it was quick and really sweet. Parking was a huge plus and makes this location that much more appealing! The only real negative was that the floors had clearly not been vacuumed or mopped in quite some time. They were dirty and also dusty. That wasn't ideal but not a deal breaker. That said, I do think a bit more oversight of the cleaning crew should be in play. There was also an old coffee pod in the keurig.

Great location and nice loft unit. As we had read in other comments, the front bed room was pretty noisy with activities on the main strip. We thought a window was open because voices were so loud and clear. Recommendation to add a towel hook in second bathroom. Beds were comfortable and we had a great visit.

Perfect get away
Great location with lots of restaurants and activities in walking distance. Clean, updated space with 2 en-suite bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen for the basics and a very comfortable living room. No elevator and lots of stairs to the front door. The check in was a little rocky… we arrived 2.5 hours earlier than checkin. The parking lot was empty as the previous tenants had to be out by 11. The host would not allow us to leave our car in the lot while we waited for the apartment to be cleaned. Parking is tough in that area. A little extra thoughtfulness would have gone a long way!!
