Welcome to our Classic Rehoboth Cottage, just 1.5 blocks from the Beach and Boardwalk!

Our charming vacation spot offers clean, comfortable and attractive accommodations. It sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably, three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, a queen sleeper sofa in the first floor bonus room with attached full bath. Most guests love sitting on the large, screened porch for morning coffee as well as in the evening for dinner and conversation.

Recent upgrades include stylish porch furniture, a front-loading washer and dryer, and a large-capacity water heater, ensuring toastier showers for all. The kitchen boasts a new microwave, dishes, and cutlery.

Relax in our backyard, with a picnic table and an ample supply of lightning bugs for that perfect summer glow. After a day at the beach, rinse off in our fully enclosed outdoor shower, available from late spring to fall. Our fenced backyard is a popular safe haven for families with young children.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our cleaning staff ensures everything is perfect for your 4 P.M. check-in. If anything falls short, let us know immediately so we can make it right.
Please be mindful of our residential neighborhood, keeping noise levels down to respect our year-round neighbors.

Guests provide linens (sheets, towels and blankets), but rental options are available through Coastal Beach Services at 302 408-0212. Because of cleaning schedules, early check-in and late checkout are unavailable. Please dispose of trash and leave keys and parking permits by the door to avoid replacement charges. No pets (severe allergies), primary renters under 30 years of age or party groups are allowed.

Great place for families!

Stayed here with a 12 and 14yr old in early October. The house was cozy and had plenty of space. Nice sized yard, washline and outdoor shower to boot. Main dining space is the screened-in porch; there is a small table in the kitchen - this was fine for us, but if you stay here off season and it's cold, just be aware. Walkable to downtown Rehoboth but located in a quiet section of town which we appreciated. Communication with host was outstanding, she was very quick to respond. Would stay here again.

Short stay, perfect place to stay

I stayed here over Labor Day weekend with my extended family and had a lovely experience. The information and instructions we received ahead of the stay were thorough. The location was perfect walking distance to everything on a quiet street. The house was comfortable and a nice size to give everyone space. We would stay here again!

Great spot, charming home

We loved our stay at this beach house; we brought our kids, 7 mo old baby, and my parents. To be able to walk to the beach and boardwalk but be on a quiet street was perfect. I love how this home has the vibe of an older beach cabin versus the new construction in the area. Check-in was a breeze and communication with Cindy was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this property!

All about the beach

Great location and portch, house and property are a little tired and could use updates. Small kitchen, yard is all dirt/ sand, outdoor shower needs attention. But if you plan to spend most of your time outside the house, its a good place to stay.

Perfect location

We loved staying at this home, it was the perfect location and size for our family. The kitchen was fully functional and well stocked with dishes and cookware where we enjoyed making breakfast and lunch. The back room on the first floor was a nice spot for our kids to watch tv later at night after getting back from the boardwalk. We especially loved having coffee in the morning on the front porch. Neighbors were nice and the neighborhood was peaceful, plenty of space to park and spread out while also feeling cozy. Thank you so much for sharing your home Cindy! We will be back!

My grandmother purchased the cottage in 1952. I loved spending summers here with my parents, brothers and sisters. We enjoyed being close to the ocean and the boardwalk and looked forward to visiting each year. Even though I live and work in the Virgin Islands, a visit to Rehoboth has always provided me and my children with a connection to an old fashioned vacation filled with walking or riding bikes around town. The cottage is now filled with its fifth generation of happy family vacationers!

Why they chose this property

The location is ideal. We enjoy coming up from the beach, hanging our towels on the line and taking outside showers. The large screened porch is fun for adults and children. The first floor bonus room offers a queen sleeper sofa option (with attached bath) and/or provides a quiet space for game playing or watching movies at the end of a full day!

What makes this property unique

Attractive, well located, fenced yard, fully enclosed outside shower and large front porch... park the car, entrance is clearly marked so pull right in (room for 2) and you're set to relax! Guests will enjoy refurbished bathrooms, the queen sofa bed downstairs and the recently installed ceiling fan on the front porch. It includes a light, exciting for our family. We like to play cards or Scrabble out at the picnic table after dinner.
