The location was convenient, but overall the stay did not meet expectations for the price. Communication regarding check-in was limited, and I did not receive arrival instructions in advance. The property had a noticeable smoke odor, the beds and furniture were worn and uncomfortable, and noise from neighboring properties was easily heard inside the home. We also encountered a roach during our stay, and one window did not lock properly. While the location was a positive, there were enough maintenance, comfort, and communication concerns that I would choose a different property in the future.

Overall a comfortable and convenient stay. Easy check in and out. The space was clean and easy to use. The walls were a little thin, but everything else met our needs well.

When I arrived at the property the trash can outside was overflowing with trash. One of the toilets wouldn't flush. The shower in the same bathroom had a slow drain. The other bathroom the knob came off the shower. The patio area had cigarette butts and someones opened drink on the table. I contacted the host he apologized and said he had the clean up crew there the same morning and would send them again the next morning. No one came and the host did not answer anymore after that. If he had only came and checked or fixed the problems the stay would have been fine. Parking was a little tight but okay.

It was close to downtown Monroe as described. Unfortunately it wasn't as clean or well kept as I'd hoped. I should've contacted the host but we weren't there except to eat and sleep. The chairs are falling apart. We were scared to sit in them. There was a dirty and cracked glass in the cabinet. Only 1 coffee mug and the coffee maker is broken. We did enjoy sitting on the back patio at night, very quiet.

An overall good experience. There was a technical issue with the WiFi upon arrival, but Devonate was VERY prompt with getting the issue resolved without hesitation. There was never an issue with getting in contact with him at all. I will absolutely rent here again.

Monroe stay

Overall was good. Neighbors/apartment could be heard loudly through the wall late at night which woke us up but other than that things were pretty good. Good for a short quick place to stay.

The space was perfect for 3 adults, ages range from 17 to 51. The neighborhood was so cute and safe with friendly neighbors that waved as they passed by. My daughter loved hearing the slight sound of the train as it went through the town. The host is very informative and answered all my questions. This is the perfect spot to stay that is away from the busy towns but still close enough to enjoy the fun stuff. We were there for the Renaissance Festival and it was an easy 45 minute drive through mostly rural areas to get to and from.

This was a lovely home in a quiet well maintained neighborhood. The house was as the pictures show. Very spacious and in good order. Comfortable beds. I can’t say anything derogatory. Easy to park, keypad easy to gain access, Lots of clean towels. I would definitely return and recommend.

Baseboards had not been cleaned in a decade. Floor tile was questionable by looking at eh stained grout. Only one usable dinette chair. My eighty-year-old Filipina mother would only sit in the "good" one. My 5" bed mattress was dated back to springs only structure. My fat body sank all the way to the wood. Mother didn't say anything about her dated mattress. Incredibly strong plug-in scent things were gagging and didn't cover up the mildew smell especially from bathroom vanity. Scuffs on furniture and walls was no big deal to me.... it's a budget rental. No dishwasher was ok. No dish rack, however, was inconvenient. Neighborhood was good. I didn't get to rest sitting or sleeping, especially since I could hear the guy next door urinating in the toilet from my bedroom. I would rate 2 stars, but my mother did not complain about her bed or sitting, even though she sat in the only good dinette chair.
