Loved this stay! The unit was changed to a new unit and address given before hand. Check in was smooth and the host was super friendly and quick to answer when I had a question. The location was great for taking the train and getting around. & The unit was clean and felt safe! Would def recommend

Location was great, but the apartment listing changed after booking. Pictures were not accurate. The couch was VERY stained and gross. The rug in the living room was stained and ripped.

Wonderful host with a comfortable and clean apartment. Perfect accommodation and location for an introduction and family member move to Brooklyn. Excellent food at La Pausa Coffee across the street for breakfast lunch and early evening drink, and Food Bazaar Supermarket two blocks away.

The host was extremely communicative, which is good, because check-in was really challenging. Additional instructions about what to look for with regard to the building entry keypad would be advised since it's unobtrusive and does not look like a keypad at all. (Door code didn't work, keys were not waiting inside as indicated.)The location of the rental was changed last minute, which felt very strange. The host indicated that this apartment was identical to the one I supposedly rented, but there's no way for me to confirm that. It's a big red flag when something like this happens, though, especially within 24 hours or so of check-in.Some things to be aware of, especially if you're a woman traveling alone. There are no window coverings on the large window in the TV room. Because this has a direct line of sight into the bathroom, it's not a good situation. It also means you can't use the TV during daylight hours due to glare.The hot water in the bathroom did not work. I took a very fast, VERY cold shower.The location is good and, other than the window issue, I felt secure. This property could be a five-star rental, but there were some strange issues (and the hot water problem) that need to be addressed.

Great but missing salt and pepper, hand soap and one frying pan that should be replaced - other than, great location in vibrant neighborhood, very comfortable for 2 people.

It was a great place conveniently located in Bushwick. They did switch apts on us and this was a little further from my son but worked fine with public transportation . Britney was very responsive and we appreciated the early check in.

Great space and location!

The place was very clean- entry was easy as soon as we realized how to find the touchpad :)Super convenient via subway if needed. I ended up driving on this trip, and found street parking easily (and within one block).Would highly recommend!
