One of our favorite moments is when they gather in the cinema room to watch their favorite movies while we prepare a cozy dinner. And for the ones who still have energy to burn, the private south-facing pool, bathed in sunlight from morning until dusk, is always a hit.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional cleaning fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 92F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-It takes 12 to 24 hours to feel changes in the water temperature.
6-Attached spa (if equipped) is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
7-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we cannot offer a refund.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep.
