The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the open living space as you step inside, inviting you to unwind after a day of thrills at nearby theme parks. The gentle hum of the neighborhood blends with the distant splash of the community water park, setting a relaxed rhythm for your stay. You’ll find the private pool and hot tub just beyond the back door, a perfect spot to soak under the Central Florida sun or stars. As evening settles, the game room lights up with the clack of pool balls and the buzz of arcade sounds, promising fun for every age.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers nine spacious bedrooms across two levels, comfortably accommodating up to sixteen guests with fifteen beds and five full baths. Downstairs hosts two bedrooms and two baths, while upstairs provides seven bedrooms and three baths. Themed rooms—Frozen, Harry Potter, and Encanto—add a playful touch that delights younger travelers. Fresh linens, ample clothing storage, and essential toiletries are supplied for a hassle‑free stay.



Indoor living

An expansive living room gathers the whole group for movies, conversation, or board games, while the dedicated game room features a pool table, foosball, an arcade cabinet, and a console. A large‑screen TV and sound system enhance entertainment options throughout the house. Climate control includes air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans, complemented by smoke and carbon monoxide alarms for peace of mind.



Kitchen & dining

A generous kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances invites you to prepare meals at your own pace. Adjacent indoor and outdoor dining areas provide plenty of room for shared breakfasts, family dinners, or casual snacks. A washer and dryer, along with basic kitchen essentials, add convenience for longer stays.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio to find a private pool and hot tub, ideal for refreshing dips any time of day. A grill and comfortable outdoor furniture create an inviting setting for sunrise coffee or relaxed evenings after a day at the parks. Free access to the ChampionsGate resort amenities includes a water park, lazy river, fitness center, playground, and additional recreational spaces.

Located in the Retreat at ChampionsGate, the home sits close to Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, while the surrounding community offers golf courses, dining options, and easy access to major roads for effortless exploration of Central Florida.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have one ring flood cameras on garage (upper right in garage) not intended to record you or your guests.
