When you arrive at Solara Resort and place your luggage in your new Home-Away-from-Home. Check yourself into this luxury family home with a pool and be greeted with a bright, sun-filled living space with comfortable furnishings and a spacious open plan design with room for everyone to spread out and have their own space.

Relax on the lounge and stream all your favorites on the big screen Smart TV, the perfect place to gather together for a cozy movie night in.
Step through into the kitchen that comes fully equipped to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner with all the appliances, cookware and utensils you could need.
Off the kitchen is the generous dining room that caters for guests with additional seating up at the sleek breakfast bar. Don`t feel like cooking? Treat your guests to a night out with countless restaurants just minutes away.
Slide open the glass doors to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space that steps out onto the covered lanai, alfresco dining and a gorgeous resort style pool and spa overlooking the lake – your own private oasis.

About the resort
Everything you need to unwind, enjoy, and have a good time can be found right at the resort. This is a gated community and has 24X7 security on premise. You will need to register yourself and obtain a vehicle pass for your stay in the community. The charges are included in your stay and does not require any extra payment!!!

Clubhouse Amenities
The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse is the best in-club in the Orlando area and features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf. No matter your level of surfing experience, a team of experts is on site to help you maximize your experience with day and week passes available as well as hour long private sessions for Groups of up to 8. Session should be scheduled 24 hours in advance. (fee is required for the FlowRider©).The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sunWhen it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor. If you forgot to bring your sunblock, pick one up at the sundries store to ensure you return home with a shimmering tan. They conveniently sell a little bit of this & that so you’ll have no interruption during your fantastic day at Solara Resort. Just chillax under the Florida Sun!
Recreation, have some fun in the sun and challenge the family to a game on the basketball court, beach volleyball court or full-size soccer field! Cool down in style and enjoy one of Solara Resorts water amenities such as the expansive zero-entry pool, separate children`s splash pad, water slides, slide and surf and more.

Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can work out in the large fitness center at the clubhouse. You’ll be sure to enjoy the cool AC when you go for a run.

Guests have private keyless access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

GENERAL RULES:
Must be 21 Years of Age to rent this property. Please do not inquire if you are not at least 21 at the time of booking. Our insurance company mandates that the main guest on the reservation be at least 21 years of age or older. We will decline/cancel any reservation that does not meet these criteria.
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Maximum Occupancy. The number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum posted occupancy.
This property does not allow pets. This includes emotional support animals. Only registered Service Animals will be allowed and only when documentation is provided that the pet is registered with the guest`s home state. Special allergic preventive treatment may be needed after check out.
RESERVATION:
Check-in time is after 4 p.m. Check-out time is before 10 a.m. Upon request, an early check-in or late check-out may be arranged based on availability, and an additional fee will apply. If the Guest does not depart the home by check-out time additional charges may apply to cover costs incurred by the Company, including but not limited to moving the incoming guest to another home or having to reschedule housekeeping staff. The Guest shall not assign responsibility nor sublet to other parties without the Company`s written consent. By Florida state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
No pets are allowed in any vacation rental unless otherwise stated. Should an animal be brought into the home, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
The Guest agrees to abide by all HOA association rules, including but not limited to all community signs, trash management, parking and noise limitations, check-out
If, during the rental period, any law or ordinance is violated, any drug use occurs in or near the property, or the property is used for any immoral purpose, occupancy will be immediately terminated without refund.
Any refunds issued by the Company will be processed through the Guest`s original payment method. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures or unused days of the reservation.
These homes are self-catering accommodation. Most managing partners will supply some small starter products, including hand soap, toilet paper and trash bag. Additional supplies and replenishments are the responsibility of the Guest.
PARTIES:
The neighborhood enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy for all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined the security deposit.
QUIET HOURS:
The resort has a 10 pm quiet time and we ask our guests to adhere to this policy. Please keep noise after 10 pm down to a minimum. Non-compliance of this policy could lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement with no refund provided. Absolutely no parties allowed, no loud noise and no extra people sleeping other than those agreed before booking.
PARKING:
The resort only allows Cars and may not allow Boats, RVs, Motorcycles, or trailers to be parked or stored on the resort property at any time. If they find guests to have a Boat, RV, motorcycle, or Trailer they will tow it at the cost of the owner of the vehicle or trailer. Parking rules are set by the Resort HOA, it is out of our control.
Guests must follow the resort parking rules. It`s the guest`s responsibility to check the parking rule with the resort parking authority.
