This villa can sleep up to 28 guests. Due to the limitation of Airbnb booking system, you will only be able to put 16 guests on your reservation, please let us know exactly how many guests will come so that we could prepare your stay.

Our property is fully cleaned and sanitized according to the guidelines of CDC and VRHP/VRMA after each checkout. You can book with us with confidence! Please note: because of the stronger sanitizer we are using, you may notice a bit of smell when you check-in.

This 9/5 villa, located within the exclusive Champions Gate Golf Resort, is a new single family home with tasteful design and decoration with themed bedrooms, private Home Theater and game room, private pool with a waterslide. The house has 9 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, 2 master king bedrooms are on the first floor. This villa can sleep up to 28 guests, it`s a great house in the best location: Champions Gate Country Club 18 hole golf course is within the resort at the doorsteps, along with many other world class golf courses nearby; 5 minutes away from OMNI Golf Resort - the 36 holes of world-class golf at ChampionsGate were designed to offer golfers a blend of traditional and modern elements, creating a truly unique golf course in Orlando, Florida; Minutes away from Champions Gate Downtown for shopping, dinning and nigh life; 13 miles away from Walt Disney World; 18 miles from SeaWorld; 25 miles from Universal Studio; 20 miles from Orange County Convention Center; 24 miles from Legoland.

The spacious house is a fully furnished with smart TVs in every bedroom, Home Theater, living room, and game room; the large and open living and dining spaces for relaxation; and a fully functional kitchen for cooking your own delicious homemade meals. Kitchen bar has 3 additional bar stool and pendent lights. Full-size washer, dryer, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board provided for your convenience. All rooms are beautifully decorated so that you can feel at home when you are on vacation!

This is a CHILD-FRIENDLY house, it has a Disney themed kids` twin bedroom and a Harry Potter themed twin bedroom. We also provides a high chair/booster and a pack `n play as crib and playpen free of charge.

*** Fresh bath towels and pool towels are provided for all guests. Each guest has one set of regular towels, the pool towels can be used for the swimming pools at the clubhouse but must be brought back to the house after use. ***

A private propane BBQ grill is provided on the patio for family use. Please operate the grill responsibly and follow all posted safety instructions for your safety and the safety of others. A one-time BBQ grill use fee of $70 will be charged for the entire stay to cover rental, propane refill, and cleaning. For stays of 14 nights or more, guests must purchase their own propane if the initial tank runs out.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE HERE:

Oasis Clubhouse: 5 minutes away from the house. The Oasis Clubhouse complex includes 2 separate water zones including the circular lagoon pool that’s perfect for soaking in the sunshine. The second zone includes the water slides, tunnels, lazy river and splash zone for the kids to play all day long. Guests can also make use of the poolside cabanas and the tiki bar that’s open every day. A short walk from the pool area is the main clubhouse with the Oasis Grille Restaurant and bar, a fitness center, family cinema, kids play/craft zone and more. Clubhouse opens seven days a week from 9 am to 9 pm.

You are allowed to access all places in the house except a locked closets. During your stay, you will also have free unlimited access to Oasis Clubhouse`s fabulous amenities, the best clubhouse house among all resorts

The Champions Gate resort management does not allow the guests to bring the following vehicles:

* Car carriers
* Modified mini-buses
* Semi-trucks
* Golf cart rentals.

We will be available for any questions and help via Airbnb message or phone call.

This is a self-catering property. Once any initial supplies have been used you will need to provide for yourself such items as trash bags, soaps, detergents, shampoo, paper products, etc. if you need more.

We provide cooking basics (pots, pans, salt, and pepper) but not cooking oil.

Optional pool heat is available for $45/day for the entire period or the remaining period of stay because it takes time, usually, one day to get the water warm enough for you to enjoy. We provide complimentary service to turn on the pool heater prior to your arrival without trip charge provided you pay a heating fee for entire stay at least 3 days before check-in. Once our technician has made the trip, the heating fee is non-refundable. You may also pay a heating fee anytime during your stay and request a heater turn-on service for a $50 fee if a technician is available. If guests use the pool heating option, payment should be sent through Airbnb resolution center.

In some circumstances, we would not recommend pool/spa heating. Pool or spa heat in the summer may break down the chemicals in water quickly and algae will grow that turns water green. Under the extremely cold weather in winter, heater raises water temperature very slowly, especially this heat pump heater may not work when the ambient temperature is below 55 F. Please check the weather forecast before you decide to order pool heating.

It is well-known that there are many types of insects around houses in Florida, especially in natural areas. We have hired a pest control company to treat inside and outside of the property regularly to exterminate the insects. However, you may still see insects occasionally which were brought into the house after the treatment through the open doors and the previous guest`s shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects into the house. Please also keep doors closed at all time to prevent rodents and pests from coming into the house since this is a new construction area completed recently.

OUR ASKS:

- Please no outdoor shoes in the house.
- Please no food or drinks in any bedrooms or upstairs.
- Please turn off all lights and lock all windows and doors whenever you leave.
- Please keep all windows and doors (including the patio door) closed when the air conditioning is on.
- Please bring the outdoor cushions from the outside to the inside to keep them dry and clean.

We are committed to providing every guest with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, due to past violations that caused property damage and impacted future guests, we must emphasize the following rules.

Violators may be held financially responsible for damages, extra cleaning, fines, or other penalties.

🚫 House Rules & Conduct

- No parties or loud noise. Please respect the quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood.

- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property. A cleaning fee of up to $800 will be charged for odor removal.

- No pets or animal hair are allowed under any circumstances due to severe allergies. Unauthorized pets will result in a $100 charge per pet, per night.

- No illegal activity or drug use. Violations will be reported to local authorities.

- Do not exceed the number of guests listed in your reservation. Unauthorized guests may result in penalties and reservation cancellation.


🧹 Cleanliness & Housekeeping

- Do not stain linens, towels, or other fabrics. Stained items will incur an additional cleaning fee or, if necessary, replacement and restocking charges.

- Please thoroughly clean the kitchen after preparing greasy or heavy meals. The standard cleaning fee does not cover deep cleaning.

- Dispose of all garbage in sealed bags, and place them in designated outdoor bins, chutes, or dumpsters. Loose trash may not be collected in certain resort areas.

- Only soft food waste is permitted in the kitchen sink disposal.

- Toilets are for toilet paper and human waste only. All other items may cause plumbing issues. Guests may opt to use our paid plumbing service in the event of a clog.
