The house was great, it accommodated all 20 of us very well! The host was very responsive and friendly. This is our fourth time within the community. Most definitely will be back in the future.

Property had great amenities and several rooms. Parking was difficult; there was no street parking. The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. The hallways going upstairs also need to be repainted.

It was great the owner provided hand soap, bath soap shampoo and conditioner for all bath rooms . The owner provided a lot . Owner replied to my message asap over was a good stay. Resort is one of the best I have been to and we come every year for last 8 years

My family and I booked the house for a week stay. No issues whatsoever with checkin/checkout process. The house is great for big families and is well equipped with essentials. The host was very friendly and replied promptly to any questions/concerns.

Amazing house! Clean and the owner communicates and accommodates you greatly I will recommend him and use this home again. My family and I made great memories and when I tell you, this, Home is so clean and so many activities to do in the home and within the community. Definitely make this a stay to make memories for your family and friends!!

Home was as pictured. My family and I spent Christmas week here and our celebration will be remembered forever!There was ample space for our family of 13 to spread out and enjoy as well as ample parking for the 3 vehicles that we had. The starter supplies were great! The teenagers loved the game room and pool, while the adults relaxed in the huge living room with a big screen tv. The home had ample bathrooms for all, making getting ready for the day a breeze. The home is located in a safe gated community very close to various stores and restaurants. All of this being said,no rental home is perfect. There is evidence that the home has been well enjoyed. I would also love to see some updated cooking accessories that will make meal prep easier such as new pots. The WiFi did not work for about our first 24 hrs.which delayed us sharing our experience with loved ones who couldn’t make the trip.This was of no fault of the host, Alan, who is AMAZING! Alan worked tirelessly with the local cable company until the issue was completely resolved and made sure we were taken care of due to the inconvenience! Alan was kind, considerate, and prompt in responding to any issues that popped up during the stay. I must also mention that the resort only allows entering and exiting via vehicle. You are not allowed to walk on or off of the property. This rule affected several of our guest but we made it work. I would definitely rent the home again and work with Alan again!

July 2025 Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family getaway and overall, we truly enjoyed our time at the house! The spacious layout was perfect for us, and the pool and theater room was definitely a highlight that the kids loved.That said, there were a few issues that we noticed during our stay, though they didn’t majorly impact our experience, we thought it could use some attn given the price paid. To start off, the front entrance security line was a hassle to get thru causing major traffic- it took us 40 min to get through almost every night. The entry lights in house kept flickering; the fire alarm was a bit noisy due to a low battery, which we found distracting during the night; the fridge didn’t quite keep things as cold as we hoped, even at the highest cold setting.As someone who needed to work remotely, I did experience some WiFi disconnects, but thankfully I could rely on my hotspot. We also had to keep an eye on our curious 2-year-old since the sliding door to the patio/pool wouldn’t close completely. We noticed that the patio cushion chairs had mold, so we just set those aside. Some of the LED lights and recliners in the theater room weren’t working properly. Lastly, the cleanliness of the bedsheets in a few rooms weren’t the best. Everyone experienced itching the first night and after we washed all the sheets, problem was solved. Despite these minor hiccups, we made it work and made some great family memories!
