Amazing Family Vacation

This trip was our second outing in Orlando. We had a gathering of 20 individuals, was to be 25, and was more than satisfied. Our family consisted of all ages and everyone, before the stay was over, wanted to start plans for the next trip. We would love to rent this home again. Thank You, Darrel

Super nice house. The resort is so nice- lots to do there. The house pool was good- I think the sides were sharp as all the kids had cuts on their toes. (Made for lots of fun walking around the parks) The host did not supply enough towels for everyone and each bathroom only had 1 roll of toilet paper. (Some not even full rolls) only 1 roll of paper towels as well for a week (17 people) There are no dressers in any bedrooms to unpack and very few hangers in each closet. The floors did not look very clean- we had to sweep and mop once we got there. Quick drive to the parks and Disney springs. I would stay again.

Our family vacation included 13 adults and 8 children age range 1 to 15. We split the cost between the 13 adults and it became very affordable for everyone. This house was perfect for us. Bedrooms were perfect for families to pick rooms that met the needs of their kids, and plenty of bathrooms. The kids all loved the gameroom, and the private pool was used a lot too. Location is great for day trips to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and many other places. Host responded very quickly when I had questions. Parking was fine. We had a wonderful vacation and a very positive experience with this host.

This property was great for our family reunion! The rooms were highly themed & spacious. The kids loved playing in the pool. It was one of their favorite parts of our stay. Overall, we had a very good time there!We did have some challenges:-Prior to finalizing our reservation we were frustrated by being told it had a very different room configuration than advertised & also lower capacity than listed. Resolved by another team member giving us the correct info.-Lack of dressers in bedrooms made it harder to keep bedrooms organized -We weren’t told that the garage had been converted into a highly themed 2nd game room. It’s a very fun room, but caused a concern about where to park our cars.-Response about parking was generic, so we had to figure out where to park on our own.-Other house details were inaccurate, but in some cases turned out better than expected (ie. pool towels & small hand soap/small shampoos ARE provided).Compliments: When I reported that some family members were chilly when sleeping a team member promptly brought over extra blankets. Communication during our stay about this and other concerns were answered promptly.Summary: We made some very wonderful memories there. It’s a great place for large groups to enjoy time together in a creative, fun atmosphere!
