Welcome to the Lafayette Lounger! This side-by-side duplex (you have both units) is less than 1 mile to downtown Ottawa. This home sleeps 12, and includes 2 king beds, 4 twin beds, and 2 sofa sleepers. Enjoy your morning coffee outside on the front porch. Enjoy movies on the Roku TVs, playing Pacman, or one of 14 other games on our classic arcade machine.

This home is a side-by-side duplex, being roughly 2200 square feet total. It offers 2 full-sized kitchens, with everything needed to cook a family dinner. Beautifully remodeled bathrooms. We offer 2 king size beds and 4 twin beds with ample storage for clothes and a dedicated work space for traveling workers. In the living room we offer 2 queen sized pull out couch with 2 Roku TVs, an Arcade machine with 14 built in games.

*Please note this is a duplex, but you have both sides of the duplex. Perfect for multiple families traveling together.

**We are also located within half a mile of active train tracks, so there will be train noise. We provide ear plugs, a noise machine, and rotating fans for anyone sensitive to the noise.**

Additional info:
We love sharing our home with all our guests. However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage we will only accept booking requests from:
-- Renters who are above the age of 25.
--Renters who will be staying during the reservation and are not booking for someone else.
--Renters who have less than 5 star reviews.

***Please note, although we are pet friendly we do require a one time $125 pet fee that covers all pets***

Please do not flush any flushable wipes as they will clog our plumbing

Spacious & cute!

There were enough beds for everyone in my group, especially since we got both units. We all loved the cute decorations, the decked out kitchen with everything we needed, & the living rooms had more than enough to offer for entertainment. It was a great time, & when I return back to Starved Rock with my friends, we’ll definitely come here again.

The set up in both sides of the duplex were great. Welcoming decor, big kitchen, nice appliances, etc.. Lots of games available to play. The laundry room in unit B was big, so we used it to store our food, and other supplies. We will definitely be staying here again!
