This incredible, NEWLY RENOVATED 2800sq ft loft is located in downtown Tuscaloosa, just over 1 mile to campus and only 1/2 mile to the amphitheater. Several restaurants, shops and bars are walkable from the loft.

This loft sleeps 12 and features secured building access, 5 bedrooms (4 king/1 Queen bunk), 4 full baths, a large living room with a pool table, sectional sofa, full kitchen, washer/dryer...everything you need to enjoy your stay in luxurious style.

Secured building entrance, 2nd floor walkup- no elevator access.

MPORTANT DETAILS
Individual booking and residing during the stay must be 25 years or older.

No Parties: Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited in all of our homes. Guests disregarding this policy will be evicted with no refund.

No smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking. Strict penalties and fines are applied to guests who do not comply.

Rental agreement: A rental agreement must be digitally signed AND before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

The place was spectacular. Our family lives everything. Wifi password signs for easy access. Each bedroom were perfect.Loved how the refurbished the old building and left the charm. Recommend for large gatherings.
