Anderson Valley weekend

Great spot for us to stay with family and friends. Mary was super helpful and accommodating, with excellent local tips. Such a funky house that was perfect for us.

Our group of 4 couples had an enjoyable stay at the Knotty Oak House.Centrally located in Philo, it is strategically located with easy access to the wineries of Anderson Valley.The house itself is just off the road but feels secluded. It is rustic and decorated with an array of eclectic memorabilia, we had fun discovering these nice little touches.The rooms were comfortable, the beds were warm and cozy. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, privacy was ensured.The kitchen was more than well equipped with up to date appliances and more than ample cookware and dish ware.The dining area where our group convened was inviting and conducive for conversation.The grounds are quiet and well kept.Our hostess, Mary was accessible, responsive and helpful.We had a memorable stay at Knotty Oak.The accommodations are welcoming and Mary leaves no stone unturned.

Catch up and kick back

What a gem. We needed to stay in the area for a wedding and me and my group of friends decided to stay in a VRBO. The knotty oak delivered. It allowed a group of childhood friends to kick back and unwind on a beautiful property. 4 rooms with 4 bathrooms was key. As unique of a property as you’ll find in the area. We will call if we ever end up in Philo again.

Great family or group stay...great venue if hosting a small event.

We stayed in the main house .. my hubby and I plus my brother in law, his wife and three kids. We hosted a family dinner on our first night and the chefs kitchen was amazing for my hubby who loves to cook. Main house was air conditioned on one of the hottest weekends so great. So many interesting things to see and enjoy. Each room has an en suite bathroom which is great for privacy and comfort. Mary is great about about sharing info and keeping you informed. Not cheap but so many amenities and convenience it made or weekend perfect.
