Property owner cancelled my stay within hours of me leaving for Denton. I contacted the property owner by phone, text, and the VRBO app and they never gave a response. I am glad I was 1. Alone, and not with my wife and four month old child and 2. Able to find an accommodating place to stay. Will avoid this property owner next year.

Quick trip to busiest college student

This was a quick trip to visit my finances daughter to take some items she needed for the final push before the end of semester as well as to get her away from the dorms for a few hours and a few good meals and do her laundry. Salomon’s home is very well kept in a quiet peaceful neighborhood and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again if he had availability if we ever had to make another quick trip.he is super quick to respond and checking/out process is smooth and contactless..

The company is fine, only the very delicate neighbor who doesn't want any noise!!

It's okay but the owners of the house don't even want the TV to be heard!!! And they complain a lot

I got this place for my parents to stay at. It was clean, pictures were accurate, and host communicated quickly and effectively. However, lights were not working in the living room area and front porch. Host did offer to send an electrician, but this feels like something that should have been checked prior to guests arrival. My parents also noticed on their last day that the refrigerator was leaking and causing a wet spot on the corner of the rug. Finally, maybe this was just me, but the wording for the description should be changed as there are no details stating that someone else is staying on the opposite side of the house. Overall, decent place to stay.
