Fantastic stay for our family of four! The location was perfect and the house itself was wonderful. I appreciate the abundance of towels available and access to the clubhouse where we were able to spend a few hours cooling off in the pool and relaxing our exhausted bodies in the hot tub. We met up for a reunion with guests from all over the state at this riverside house. The home is beautiful with a beautiful river view. We made the most of the deck in the mornings and evenings and spent the day at the pool which was far less crowded than Silver Beach. Check in and out was easy with very little responsibilities to care for before check out. The house was well stocked for our needs. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return should be in the area again.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay with family for a beach vacation. Silver beach and downtown St Joe only a 5 min drive and super easy to navigate. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful. Being able to sit on the back porch by the river was enjoyable. The bush in front of back porch attracts butterflies so we got to see them flying around everyday. We loved hitting up the community hot tub in the evenings and the kids enjoyed the pool. House had everything we needed and kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for multiple families. All of the extra beach towels were very helpful. Super easy check out process.

Absolutely GORGEOUS 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home. House was beautifully decorated and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and deck was so nice to sit out on. We even had some rain while visiting but the covered portion of the deck was great to sit on while it rained. Looking over the St. Joe River was beautiful, watching boaters go by and birds floating along. Couldn't have asked for a better VRBO. Ellen was a perfect host having so many items available, dishes, beach towels, patio furniture, televisions. Making this stay feel like home. This home is so close to downtown without being in the traffic of downtown. Everything was clean and perfect, again such a comfortable place to stay. Absolutely recommend.

We traveled here from Southern Ohio to attend our granddaughter's dance competition in Benton Harbor. Stayed Thursday to Monday. Home is only 5 minutes from Silver Beach on beautiful Lake Michigan....but we couldn't leave the peace and view from the back porch of this home! I can't say enough about this spacious home.

Fantastic location and property.

We had a great time at this property. We went with a two and five year old in addition to two grandparents. Very kid friendly property with plenty of toys for the kids. The deck was fantastic for the kids as it is fenced in and a beautiful setting overlooking the river. Hope to stay again!
