A renter's dream. Flat lot on deep water. Stainless appliances ... refrigerators on both levels. Recently remodeled with newer furnishings. Three king beds, two queens and four twins...beds with newer plush top mattresses. Sleeps 12 comfortably. Gathering rooms on each floor with flat screens, vaulted first floor great room and lower level entertainment area. Great family dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Satellite internet/WiFi. Large deck on each level with plenty of seating and new gas grill. Screened porch on lower level. Expanded covered dock with large swim platform. Calm location on the lake with great areas for water sports ...convenient to marinas.
This property is located 1 hour from Knoxville and 2 hours from Gatlinburg TN.
The health and safety of our renters is extremely important. Our housekeeper will be disinfecting our home between renters with products based on the CDC’s recommendation. Bed linens will also be cleaned with an enhanced antibacterial/viral product. We are committed to attempt to prevent and minimize the risk of infection for our guests.

Beautiful home! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The host/ owner was very responsive in answering all my questions. If I ever make it back to Norris Lake, I will definitely consider this property!

We have stayed many places over the years but this was our favorite location yet. The yard being an easy slope made hauling easy and the dock was well kept with a nice ladder, chairs, motion lights and clotheslines to dry the towels. The beds were comfy, the host was nice and their instructions were simple, and there was plenty of space for our whole group.

We have been renting this home for our Christmas/New Year’s celebration for a number of years. The owner of this house has made improvements to this house each year we have stayed here and all of our stays at this house have been excellent!!! The house has a great layout for two to three families and we enjoy hanging out in the living room and at the dining room table. The kitchen has a double refrigerator which is great for storing food for a large group. Walmart now delivers to this area which makes preparing meals and picking up supplies easy. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything we need for preparing meals for our group. This house has plenty of space for six adults and our six grandchildren. The grandkids especially enjoy the downstairs and the bunkroom for hanging out away from the adults and having a good time. The owner is quick to respond to any questions that we have and we have enjoyed all of our stays at this home. We are definitely looking forward to coming back again!!!!

Annual family vacation

Another fantastic family week together on beautiful Norris Lake. Loved our house that is perfect for all 12 of us. Especially appreciate the large tables in dining room and on patio, the large refrigerator, separate ice maker and Easy walk to deck.

The Perfect Lake Destination!

Great Family Vacation

The house is truly incredible. You can tell that the owners care and make sure everything is in order. It’s well stocked in the kitchen and has a lot of opportunities for activities (ping pong, kayaks, games, etc.). We stayed with 12 people. It had a lot of space and never felt crammed. Fantastic stay and would definitely recommend!

Great house with flat lot to water!

Our family loved staying at this wonderful lake house with room to spread out for everyone. The grandparents loved the gradual slope to the dock - it was very easy to get to the boat. The kitchen was well stocked and the house has 2 refrigerators. Nice comfy beds to sleep. Thanks for a great stay!

Family/Friends Annual Vacation

Each year we vacation with our best friend’s family. We have been coming to Norris Lake for 20 years so our children are now grown. Everyone still gets excited for this vacation. We have rented many homes on the lake and this one is on the top of our list. There is plenty of room for us 60 year olds to have our space and our 30 year olds to have theirs. The home has everything you might need from kitchen items, to plenty of seating on the deck & dock, to utilizing the kayaks. We will be renting again.

Perfect Lake House!

This is our second time staying at this property and again it didn’t disappoint!! Great location, beautiful house and it has everything you can imagine you would need! The only inconvenience would be the gravel driveway is a little steep. We encountered a bad weather and some of our vehicles had trouble getting back up it after some of the gravel washed away. But other than that it was PERFECT! The ice maker was such a help! Tom was great! Can’t wait to stay again!

I wanted to address the drive situation. While our private drive leading to our house is rather steep, it has not been a problem for guests. It is graveled because there are several pipes under it, so we need to keep it accessible for repair. We had a few significant storms causing unusual run off that damaged the drive. We had it repaired ASAP only to have it happen again in a matter of days! We always do our best to keep the drive in great shape, but nature sometimes derails our plans.

Relaxing and Fun Week at the Lake

We visited this property at Norris Lake with 6 adults and 7 children ranging from ages 5-16. The house was absolutely perfect for a group our size. The rooms downstairs were perfect for the kids and one of the couples. The pool table and TV area made a great hangout space for them while the adults stayed upstairs. The dining table had ample space for all of us in the living room was perfect for watching the family talent show that we put on midweek. The dock was just a short walk down from the house and was perfect for the two boats that we brought as well as our three additional paddle boards. There was space to hang out on the dock, including playing cards and games at the table on the dock. The house and dock were sit situated on a quiet finger of the lake, so it was perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking off the dock. A number of marinas were within a 10 to 30 minute boat ride. We had an absolute blast at this home and would definitely return in the future. It was clean, comfortable, and we felt like we were at home!

Perfect rental

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Norris. The was not only a beautiful house, but perfect location. The floor plan was so well thought out. The two adult couples had their own space (with full bathrooms) upstairs and the kids stayed in the basement with 2 full bathrooms. The outdoor patios were awesome for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning overlooking the lake. Great view!! The fire pit and dock were also great for our families. It would love been nice to have a ton of Adirondack chairs around the pit for all of us, but we made it work. Our only complaint/heads up would be that you have to bring your own bath towels, which we have never had to do on Norris Lake or any rental before. Beach towels for the lake is understandable, but it stunk to have to bring bath/hand towels. However, The owner did remind me of that before we headed down, which I was very thankful. Other than that, this is a perfect rental. You will LOVE it too

Great Family Home!!!

We rented this house for the second time this year for a family get-together during the holidays. Both of our stays at this house have been excellent. We had a total of six adults and 5 children and we had more than enough beds, bathrooms and room for everyone to relax and enjoy the time together. The house is very comfortable for a large group and we especially enjoyed the size of the kitchen and the king sized beds. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking utensils that you need to prepare meals during your stay. We also enjoyed the ping pong table and the extra family room and refrigerator downstairs. The owner does an excellent job of maintaining this property. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a very clean, inviting and comfortable place to stay. We are looking forward to being able to visit again in the summer to take advantage of the space outdoors and the lake.

This was our sixth time renting this home for our Christmas/New Year’s celebration and all of our stays at this house have been excellent!!! The house has plenty of space for six adults and our seven grandchildren. The grandkids especially enjoy the downstairs and the bunkroom for hanging out away from the adults and having a good time. The owner has made improvements each year we have stayed here and this year he replaced the furniture in the living room, added a beverage refrigerator in the kitchen, replaced the kitchen cookware and upgraded the internet. This is one of the few houses we have stayed in where we can all gather at the dining room table for meals and activities and we now have seating for everyone in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything we need for preparing meals for our group. The owner is easy to work with and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stays at this home. perfect for multi family lake trip!

We have stayed at many homes on Norris Lake and this is one of the most beautiful and functional homes we have rented! There is ample space for each family to have their own bedroom and bathroom. There are two living spaces which makes it great with a large group; as well as two outdoor spaces on the beautiful deck. The furniture, beds - everything - was extremely comfortable! There were so many little touches that you could were well-thought out such as the appliances in the kitchen (ample fridge and freezer space), and also the ice maker. Again, the overall layout of the house was very functional for our family gathering. The lake access from the house is one of its biggest features! Just a set of stairs down the deck and then a gradual slope. The dock was very clean and loved having the kayaks to use! The host was incredible - very communicative, prompt, thorough, and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect Place for a Family Gathering

This was our seventh time renting this home for our Christmas/New Year’s celebration and all of our stays at this house have been excellent!!! The owner has made improvements each year we have stayed here and this year he installed a second refrigerator in the kitchen and replaced the old one with a duplicate of the new second refrigerator. We had plenty of space for all the food we needed for our group! The owner also remodeled the master bath and we really liked the new layout which added a walk-in shower. He also remodeled the laundry room and unstacked the washer and dryer. This made doing laundry a lot easier. The house has plenty of space for six adults and our seven grandchildren. The grandkids especially enjoy the downstairs and the bunkroom for hanging out away from the adults and having a good time. This is one of the few houses we have stayed in where we can all gather at the dining room table for meals and activities and it also has seating for everyone in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything we need for preparing meals for our group. There is also a commercial ice maker which is great for large groups. Great Place for a Family Getaway

This was our fifth time renting this home for our Christmas/New Year’s celebration and all of our stays at this house have been excellent!!! The owner is great to work with and does an excellent job maintaining this house and has consistently made improvements from year to year. The house has plenty of space for six adults and our seven grandchildren. The kitchen is well equipped for fixing meals at the house and Food Lion is close by which makes picking up supplies easy. The owner added a commercial icemaker which is a nice feature to have when you have a large group. The kids love the bunk room in the basement which has plenty of room for them to play in while the adults are upstairs relaxing. Our family also loves playing ping-pong during our winter get together. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stays at this home and are definitely looking forward to coming back again!!!!

411 Norris Point

In a word…TERRIFIC!!! The directions were spot on, the locationclose to a marina, the view was lovely, the home was clean and beautifully decorated and the kitchen fully stocked!! We spent most of our time on the dock, in the water , playing games (including ping pong), kayaking and tubing.
