The place was great and worked well for our family of four (2 teens) during spring break. The only thing that I would recommend is some updated living room furniture. The couch and chairs were very worn in. The sleeper sofa did not have a mattress so we couldn’t use that. The property manager was very responsive. Overall a nice place and great location to everything in Cabo!

Excellent stay! The staff at The Hacienda were so helpful and attentive. We’ve stayed in Pedregal multiple times and this was a nice change. The ocean is beautiful and swimmable. Host and concierge were very helpful prior to our arrival. You can’t go wrong booking here!

We loved our stay at Hacienda Beach Club. It was our first time at the resort and it exceeded our expectations. The location, food, staff, and accommodations was all perfect. We left last week and already planned our next visit. We’ll be back soon!

Very spacious condo. Lovely deck with great views. Would have liked some brighter lighting, as it was very dark even with all the lights on. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Spectacular family trip to Cabo

We stayed at Hacienda Beach Club over New Years. The entire trip was outstanding. The condo was exactly as shown in VRBO, the resort was amazing with highly attentive service. The location on Medano Beach is second to none - swimmable beach and close access to the marina with restaurants and shops. Highly highly recommended!

Beautiful condo!

Everything about this condo was incredible! The view & the porch were definitely our favorite. We spent many hours relaxing & soaking in the view. Pam was wonderful to work with. The hotel grounds are spotless & the view from the pool was so beautiful. I’d stay here again without any hesitation!

Well appointed, private condo with hotel amenities and service

Our teenage sons, my husband and I had a marvelous stay. We loved the full kitchen for early morning meals before our all day fishing trips and snacks and our huge private deck with a gorgeous view. But the best part about the property is having the private condo while at the same time having access to the concierge, pool with food service, full restaurant and even room services. We caught a mahi mahi and the chef at the restaurant prepared it for us for dinner. Loved the condo and would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing Stay

Property was amazing. Very roomy two bedroom views of Sea of Cortez. Located in bldg 2 of Hacienda 2nd floor. Deck was favorite place in AM. You can here all the song birds. Kitchen had everything you’d need. Easy walk to town, marina or beach bars. Pam was a great host. Easy to communicate with. Will be back

Kitchen with a view

This unit is insulated from surrounding noise, because it is in building 2, and on the 2nd floor. Unlike some other units, the space runs from front to back which offers a patio and window off of the kitchen (other units have noticeably windowless kitchens). We loved the unit and would easily stay here again.

Best Location in Cabo

We stayed at Pam's Hacienda Beach Club condo the first week of June. Great layout w/ easy access to everything you need in Cabo. We didn't take a cab/car except to/from the airport. You can walk to all the good restaurants, bars, marina, grocery, etc. Resort is fantastic w/ great pool, gym/spa, and swimming beach....staff was excellent. Condo has everything you need w/ a gas grill and well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable place w/ nice bathrooms, etc. Felt it was a good value for families looking to spread out for a relaxing vacation in Cabo!

Fantastic Property

Our family of four had the pleasure of staying in this unit for New Years week and highly recommend it. The unit finish and décor are exceptional. The complex amenities (gym, spa, fitness classes, pool, restaurant) are very good. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the terrace then walking to the beach club to borrow kayaks and sups. The food and beverage staff at the pool are very friendly. We also walked to great meals at Bar Esquina, Ediths, and The Office. The owner and concierge are very professional. We hope to return next year.
