The house is a great property and worked very well for us. There were a few minor problems with the place, that were caused by the last renters. But the owner corrected them and was very quick in her responses. I would definitely rent this place again if I came back to Minneapolis area.

This home was beautiful & perfect for our family! (My husband and I, our adult children and their families, young grandchildren, ages 2 mos- 7 yrs.) A very beautiful and quiet neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Six bedrooms, comfortable beds , 3 1/2 bathrooms. We especially loved the open kitchen & dining area where it felt very much like home! The kids, especially loved the open play area in the basement complete with toys! Our host, Nancy, responded quickly to any request that we had, & made sure that we had everything we needed. I would recommend this home to other families like ours. Thank you so much for a very pleasant and comfortable stay!

Stayed here and hosted a dinner. The gas range and oven worked flawlessly, the rooms are spacious, clean, and fresh. Great rec room in the basement for younger kids to play. Nancy allowed us to get in a little early as our flight arrived early. So appreciate our experience and would stay again.

We rented the house over Christmas for our family to celebrate together. The amount of space was perfect for all of us. The common area was particularly nice and comfortable for everyone to be together. The host was particularly responsive to texting messages. This was particularly impressive considering the holiday. The space was also comfortable and clean.

Sister Getaway

It was an amazing place for us 7 sisters to getaway for a few days. Loved that we could relax in the same room and play games at a table that seated all of us! Bonus -- we got our own beds and rooms.

Comfortable stay for out of town guests

Family members in town for a funeral were very comfortable at this large, spotlessly clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Nearby restaurants and stores provided plenty of options for meals. The check in code did not work for the first guest who arrived, but a phone call to the host quickly resolved that small issue. We appreciate the clear directions and prompt communications all along.

MN Family Visit

Very spacious accommodations, with plenty of space to gather for our family conversations. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and even cookie sheets, as well as aluminum foil, baggies, etc. A coffee maker and fresh bags of coffee was a pleasant bonus. The beds were great, with ample blankets and pillows and the bathrooms were clean. Great advantage to be able to use the garage during a Minnesota winter. Communications with Nancy was good and the location was in a safe neighborhood yet close to grocery and highway access. We enjoyed our stay; we recommend this property to others. Thank you!
