Located in the Sandstone area overlooking Vail Mountain, this 3 level, 6 bedroom home has all the comforts needed for a large group or family gathering. Three master bedrooms, all with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, two queen guest rooms, one guest room with two twin beds, plus a large family den that includes twin bunk beds.



The property is a short 2.2 mile drive to Vail Village and Mountain, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, hiking, biking, walking through Betty Ford gardens or attend the free summer concert series at the Ford Amphitheater.



In-residence is a fully equipped professional kitchen with top of the line appliances: Wolf 8 burner gas stove, Subzero refrigerator and freezer drawers, 2 stacked Thermador ovens and 2 dishwashers on each side of the sunken farm sink. The dining area seats 10-12 comfortably with views of Vail Mountain and accesses the small deck for outdoor grilling. Relax in the comfortable living room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace, flat screen tv, game table for 2 or step outside on the deck, savor the views and gather around the fire pit. If you’d like a bit of quiet time, retreat to the private den just around the corner, which also has a gas fireplace, quiet reading space and a desk if you need a place to work or study during your stay. After a dip in the hot tub, gather downstairs in the oversized family room with flat screen tv, twin bunk beds, full bathroom and mini beverage refrigerator. The laundry is located on the top level, this expansive rental home has 9 beds that sleep 14 people comfortably.

Amazing Trip and Fabulous Home

Fantastic house, great location

Our family stayed here, and we had the best time! There was plenty of space for all 6 adults and 7 children. The home was perfectly set up for 3 families staying under 1 roof. Plenty of living space to spread out, a bunk room and 3 children’s rooms. We loved the coziness of the fireplace and the large kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again!

We starting doing a little family reunion out in Vail every summer and we have booked this house twice now. Fabulous

Everything was simply the best we could have imagined. Our intent had been to just relax this house was designed for that. 12 year old grand daughter LOVED the bunk room and the adults made good use of the hot tub and the fire pit on the porch. Beautiful, comfortable home with stunning views

To say we loved this rental is an understatement! It is a large, well appointed, comfortable home. We had between 11-13 people and never felt crowded. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms. It does not have AC but it was okay. The kitchen gets a bit warm but we weren’t cooking dinners so it wasn’t a big deal. The property management company was very responsive to anything we needed. Would love to stay here again!

Awesome Home

There is not really is not one bad thing I can say about this property. We had 11 guests- 5 couples, and one single. Each had their own bedroom and bathroom and we still had two unused bedrooms. There was ample space in the kitchen and living room for all of us to gather together. The kitchen had a ton of amenities. Management was quick to respond to one issue that we had with the propane being out in the fire pit. During the week there was daily laundry service for our towels. The hot tub worked flawlessly and had a beautiful mountain view. Location was close to Vail Village, Lionshead, hiking and biking. Everything was wonderful. We all said we would return to this home.

Wonderful experience!

This house was one of the best rentals we stayed at. It's much nicer in person than it is in the pictures if I'm being honest! We are a family of 10 and there was even 1 room to spare! There were rooms in the house we barely hung out in because we wanted to be outside the whole time, however if the weather was bad we would have greatly enjoyed hanging out in the house because it was so nice, comfortable and roomy. The house manager made sure we had everything we needed and was very patient with me on the first day when the washer stopped working (it ended up working fine) They took out the trash and have us fresh new towels daily so it made us feel like we were hotel guests. The back views were beautiful, the hot tub was a nice treat and the house was a 5 min drive to Vail Village and Lionshead. We would totally rent this house again for ski season or summer!

Spacious rental great for multi-family vacation

We met up with a few friends at the rental in all stages of life (single, couples, families with 1-4 year olds) and the rental accommodated all of us so comfortably! The rental management company was responsive throughout, answering text messages promptly and providing complimentary baby gear to us when needed. The location is convenient being right along the frontage road and nearby bus stations and the view from the deck was a dream. Beds were super comfortable! There was towel and trash service daily. We wished there was a vacuum or broom available to us and that we had access to a space where we could put trash until each daily pick-up, aside from the front hallway. With a big crew the trash and recycling can build up. But neither of those issues would ever prevent us from renting again - we had a great time and would love to come back again one day.

Wonderful house to call home!!!

Our adult-only group thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully-decorated mountain home last week! As Texans escaping the heat, we were skeptical that the unairconditioned house would be acceptable, but we were pleasantly surprised. We slept with open windows and the night temps cooled the house throughout the day. All beds were comfortable, linens plentiful. Kitchen is WELL-stocked with appliances, cookware, dinnerware. We used the grill on the porch twice as well as using the washer/dryer several times. Great rockers on the mountain-view porch! Loved using the smaller table in the kitchen to play board games every night. The house has some, but we brought our favs from home. We were able to park 3 cars in the front driveway. Our final group count was only 6, but the house would definitely accommodate 8 more easily. Note: access to all rooms in the house require the use of several carpeted steps. Not an issue for our group; however, might be a consideration for some guests. Since we were new to the area, we appreciated the activity suggestions in your info package. Check-in greeter was punctual, friendly and helpful getting acquainted with a few details regarding the house. We did not need to call for property assistance during our stay. We highly recommend the house!

Friends trip to Vail

I met with friends celebrating our 60th bday's in Vail for the weekend. The house we rented was perfectly equipped and well located. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the deck furniture allowed for enjoyable evenings outside!

A great place for a family reunion!

My siblings and I have an annual summer gathering and were able to comfortably fit 17 (adults + children) in this beautiful, comfortable and very fun property. The kitchen is very large with top-end appliances (two dishwashers, which we ran every day!), large living room areas for dining and games a perfect lower level rec room for the college-age boys and a hot tub bonus! Conveniently located to Vail Village, Beaver Creek and Minturn - you will never run out of things to do in the summer, or stay at the house and enjoy the views and relax.

This house is so spacious! It worked out great for our daughter’s wedding weekend! Large rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms! Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this home and would rent it again!

Awesome house!

The house had plenty of room for 13 people! The main living room was comfortable enough for us to gather after dinner and play games together. The dual ovens were helpful for cooking although there was no microwave. Great location, an easy walk or bus ride with ski gear to Lionshead village. Would stay again!
