This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. Most homes in Vail (especially above 8,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. The temperature regularly drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) and above 8000ft in altitude we have almost no humidity. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long. We have pedestal fans in every bedroom as well. This home has a Whole House Attic fan for cooling home during the summer.

Quick Vail Trip

The home was clean and in good condition. It was very comfortable for our entire group. It is also located near a trail head for bike riding and walking which was really nice.

Fall Foilage Trip

Great stay- wonderfull setting, short walk to bus stop to get to the town of Vail and hiking trails, The four bedrooms with their own ensuite and the open main floor layout made for a very comfortable living space for all eight of us. Great East Vail Home

This home was clean, quite and very comfortable to stay in during our 2 1/2 weeks in Vail. There was a lot of room downstairs for our family to gather, the kitchen was well equipped and all the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. The bus stop was a short walk away and the ski area was under 10 minutes away by car. It was very convenient having a grocery store, liquor store and restaurant in the neighborhood. The property manager, Jason, was very responsive and easy to work with.
