This property is situated at the end of a quiet country lane and is in close proximity to Sammy's beach. The interior is well kept with vaulted ceilings in the living room.

Enjoy relaxing outdoors on the expansive deck and patio that leads into a brand new 40 foot heated gunite pool. Additionally, the backyard has a lush, green lawn and is landscaped for optimal privacy. It is perfect for any small group and ideal for a family with small children.

This home is conveniently located. It is a short bike ride to the well-loved Sammy's Beach and an easy walk to 3 Mile Harbor with a boat launch that is a perfect access point for kayaking and paddle boarding. The house is a 5 minute drive into East Hampton Village and 10 minute drive into Sag Harbor Village.
