Fantastic Summer Rental in East Hampton with new outdoor pool and space! This modern and sleek 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom rental in the Northwest Woods is just shy of an acre but feels like much more. This property is situated at the end of a quiet country lane and is in close proximity to Sammy's beach. The interior is well kept with vaulted ceilings in the living room.

Enjoy relaxing outdoors on the expansive deck and patio that leads into a brand new 40 foot heated gunite pool. Additionally, the backyard has a lush, green lawn and is landscaped for optimal privacy. It is perfect for any small group and ideal for a family with small children.

This home is conveniently located. It is a short bike ride to the well-loved Sammy's Beach and an easy walk to 3 Mile Harbor with a boat launch that is a perfect access point for kayaking and paddle boarding. The house is a 5 minute drive into East Hampton Village and 10 minute drive into Sag Harbor Village.

The house is a dream - clean and comfortable. The pool and deck were a perfect place to spend our summer days. I'd stay here again. The host was wonderful. She was responsive and answered all my questions (and traveling with a 18 month old - there were a lot!). A perfect week!

East Hampton hidden gem

The house was well appointed, maintained, and supplied. It was extremely comfortable, and designed to support relaxation in the bedrooms as well as the living and dining rooms. The kitchen is a chef's delight! It is well equipped, and there are plenty of counter space, and condiments, which makes it easier to cook. Everyone commented on the comfortable beds. There was plenty of drawers/closet space in the bedrooms. The pool was enjoyed by everyone! The temp of the water was just right. The flagstone surround, which had chaise lounges, lent to the serene atmosphere which was enhanced by the beautiful landscaping, and the surrounding oaks. The location was great. There was a kayaking launch nearby - with interesting wildlife- and beaches a bit farther. It is also convenient to great dining, and take-out at Damark's Both the adults and children thoroughly enjoyed the house. We wanted more time to use the blkes and beach chairs and attached deck. We would gladly come back and would recommend the house to family and friends!

Nice Forest Getaway

This property is situated well back into a forested neighborhood. We even had some wild turkeys run through the backyard. It is a perfect getaway if you want to relax and enjoy the nature. Tons of people walk, run, or cycle in the area, so it is great if you are looking to enjoy the forest. A small beach is fairly close, but parking requires a permit. The house is clean and well kept. The main living area is well done, with a great tv, nice comfortable sofa, and beautiful dining table. TV is limited unless you have streaming services, but there is a Roku with access to most of those if you already have a login. No major complaints or issues. Minor issues: the walls are really thin, so if you have small children be prepared to be quiet once they go to bed. We would have preferred the bed upstairs to be larger than a full. And the deck had some peeling paint. Overall, it was a really nice week to get away and a nice place to be. Owner is responsive and the place is well kept and clean. Great for a pandemic week vacation.

I can't say enough great things about our experience at this property. We stayed for two weeks and our visit was perfect from beginning to end. From the convenient location to the nice layout, finishes, furnishings, and artistic touches throughout the home, we're confident we made the right choice to book here with our young family (2 year old and newborn). It's very clean, the kitchen appliances are modern and new, the beds are extremely comfortable, and everything you could ever need is available. We were excited to find plenty of useful items for kids (books, a crib, booster seat, beach toys, etc.). Grace is a lovely host, very communicative and easy to reach. She provided a useful welcome packet detailing everything we needed to know about her home and the surrounding area and attractions. Our only regret is that we didn't book the place for longer. We made great family memories during our visit and hope to stay again.

Grace was wonderful to work with and made our stay an experience extremely pleasant.

Clean and well kept. You can tell the owner really cares about her home. It doesn't feel like just another rental. You will have everything you need and then more. I highly recommend renting from Grace and staying at her fabulous beach house.

Cozy home in the woods

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week in this cozy home in the woods! The house is spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. We arrived to find clean white sheets on all the beds and towels in the bathrooms. All the basic necessities like dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, and kitchen essentials were stocked as well. Our host, Grace, went so far as to ship Nespresso pods to the house when I informed her they had run out, and she was constantly available via email for any questions I had. Packing or buying all these items for a rental house can be annoying and it was so nice to have everything there. A beautiful Weber grill provided many tasty summer meals. A perfect, cozy place for our family to spend the week. Thank you, Grace!

Amazing place in a very peaceful environment

Place was very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped. Very quiet and remote. Many deers in the area which make it very special. Beaches and all amenities within 15 minutes easily. No doubt, one of our bes5 vacation.

Great house, very responsive owner and an excellent experience overall

The house was comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The house perfectly suited our 3 children and allowed for fun family meals (cooked in the modern kitchen or the new Weber gas grill) and Family movie nights on the smart tv. The neighborhood proved ideal for long runs in the morning and the beaches (both Sammy’s Beach and the Main Beach) were easily accessible (permits required) and family friendly. We would definitely rent again.

We had a great time in the Northwest Harbor area of East Hampton. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided great hospitality (we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, crackers, etc.) and a great packet of information on local restaurants and beaches as well as practical information about the house. It was really nice to spend time here and we are grateful we had the chance to do so -- it's very easy to get to the town and village beaches (parking permit required).

Perfect summer family getaway

This house was perfect for our first weekend getaway of the summer. The place is immaculate, spacious, and very well-maintained. You can tell it's been newly updated with new furniture. The layout and decor is sleek yet comfortable and I just felt so at peace the entire trip. The kitchen is well-stocked, I loved cooking in there not to mention the Nespresso machine! The keypad entry makes it easy to come in/out and the beach is incredibly close. We had such a fun time and will stay here again this summer!

Stylish family-friendly home

We had a fantastic family vacation in East Hampton and we have this wonderful home and the lovely owners to thank. Our family of five fit comfortably and the layout made it easy for us to be together or spread out. My 5-year-old especially loved running around the huge yard and putting on shows for us from the balcony. We loved eating at the big long dining table with bench seating so much we're considering buying a similar setup for our house! The front door keypad is also genius. To not have to think about another set of keys was great. Sammy's beach is a couple minutes away which made going back and forth incredibly easy. It's a gem to find a home this family-friendly, clean, stylish, and affordable in this location. The owners have thought of everything! They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and even had fresh flowers for our arrival! We loved every minute of our vacation and have recommended this home to all our friends. We'll certainly be back as well. Thank you!

Beautiful home, awesome location

I love this house and we had so much fun here! It's beautifully updated, clean, and decorated with everything needed for a perfect getaway. The plates and cups were even super nice -- not the typical rental stuff. The deck and yard are huge with the biggest deck umbrella so we had alot of fun eating out there. I loved running to the beach every morning -- the house is really close. I'd jog about 10 minutes to the beach then up along the water. And the house is nice to quiet, so relaxing. I always sleep better out there. We're already planning to stay there again!

Beautiful modern East Hampton home

We loved staying at this gorgeous East Hampton home! We rented the house for a week in May with a group of friends. The house is modern, newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Great location in a quiet wooded area - perfect for a restful nights sleep but close to beaches, nightlife and restaurants. There are three spacious and comfy bedrooms. The living room has high vaulted ceilings, a huge flatscreen TV, and lots of seating areas. Did I mention the working fireplace?! The kitchen is brand new and well stocked for those who enjoy cooking and entertaining at home. And the spacious outdoor deck with grill is just fabulous! The owners were very sweet and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Would definitely rent again!
