This is a great location and a newly renovated home with great Palm Springs vibrant colors and a open floor plan .The home has a private pool and a large covered lighted patio perfect for dining and to relax in the shade between dips in the pool. Also the rear patio has a BBQ with piped in gas no bottles to run out . The Location is close to all attractions like the Ariel tramway and the uptown design district. For the perfect Palm Springs getaway this is the perfect place and even better is the low rates for a premium vacation home. This is a registered vacation home with City of Palm Springs Tax ID # 138
