Why they chose this property

What I enjoy most about my home is sitting out in the hot tub with a Valley View when the moon is out and complete privacy. I'll play music and light up the barbecue and I'm in a world all to myself it's a truly a resort experience.

What makes this property unique

What makes my house unique is is the largest lot in Kingsgate it's the only one with a Valley View as far as the eye can see with Mount Rainier views from the house and fully fenced yard.
