Spruce House can easily accommodate up to nine guests in complete comfort. It boasts four bedrooms and 4.5 baths across a full 3,800 square feet of delightful living space, and extra sleeping space is tucked away on a comfy queen sleeper sofa as well.

In the LIVING ROOM, you'll find an abundance of comfy seating options that are warmed by the large fireplace, and this room boasts vaulted ceilings and large windows that showcase incredible views. Step outside onto the private deck for even better views and seating for the entire group. Just steps away is the grand KITCHEN with custom cabinets, plenty of counter space and high-end appliances that include a double oven, a six-burner stovetop, and a drip coffee maker. From this room, you may access another private deck with a barbecue grill. Between the two decks on this level of the home, guests may enjoy views of Bear Creek, Ajax Peak, and the Telluride Ski Resort. Meals may be taken at the formal dining table, the breakfast bar or outside on the deck that offers two dining tables with chairs.

The QUEEN PRIMARY SUITE is on the upper level of the home, and it's a beauty with a plush bed, seating, a walk-in closet, and private access onto a lovely deck. The primary bath offers dual vanity, a glass steam shower, and a separate deep soaking tub. Also on this level is a DEN with a queen sleeper sofa positioned in front of a flat-screen television, and it's served by a bath in the hall with a glass shower.

On the first level of the home is another QUEEN SUITE with a super comfy bed, seating for two, a huge closet and a private bath with a dual vanity and a tub/shower combo. There's a TWIN SUITE as well with two twin beds separated by a desk with a chair, cushioned bench seating and a private bath with a shower. Near these guestrooms is a SECOND LIVING AREA with a sectional sofa that faces a flat-screen television.

The GUESTHOUSE is located just above the garage. It has everything a couple could need for a relaxing private stay, and that includes a living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining space and a full bath.

Guests of Spruce House can step right out their front door for a great breakfast and gourmet coffee at the Coffee Cowboy, and you can then stroll over to the Telluride Bistro for lunch. You'll also be near unique shopping at the Down to Earth boutique, Telluride Trappings, and Toggery and Cashmere Red.
