We had a blast in the National Parks and great dinners. The unit was very nice and made our experience fantastic. Much better than a couple of hotel rooms.
Clean property, though lots of spiders in the house and sleeping areas. No personal touches or personal responses from host. Old furnishings and super old/worn linens, towels, etc.
Nice place close to trails and downtown. The floors were were the only part that was not clean. Baby’s socks were filthy after walking for a few minutes. Other than that, the property was great.
Awesome location, views stunning. The basics of what's needed/required to rent are on site; The mattresses are worn; the ceiling vent in master bathroom appears it's about to fall down; the BBQ didn't work & no lighter available, though contacted prop mgmnt (very tentative) & an outstanding maintenance technician came by, & we were able to have dinner after all all..however, functionality/updating of
Overall, a nice place. The guest bathroom shower only has cold or very hot water, nothing in between.Chair in the queen bedroom has broken leg(s), which was broken prior to our arrival. We didn't use it, as it wobbled when a backpack was placed on it.
If you want to find the specific unit, make sure you add the unit number to google or it will not find it and all the roads and units are identical. It has nice potential but its clearly an investment property and the owner isnt putting anything into it. The AC is locked out at 72 so you cant change it. Dryer, living room TV speakers, hallway bathroom faucet and dishwasher were all broken during our stay. Garage was nice to keep the car cool from baking in the sun. We plan to visit Moab again, but will not be staying here. The management company running it, however, was the best I've ever encountered. They were very responsive and attempted repairs within hours. We had a wet load of laundry and a broken dryer so they finished it for us at their office which to me was above and beyond. I will absolutely visit one of their other properties on our next trip.
We have stayed in Rim Village condos many times and knew what to expect. Overall it was a nice condo, however...
1) Very low water pressure.
2) Master bed was uncomfortable and squeaky.
3) We were unable to get the TV in the living room to work.
The place was nice but worn. Pans were very old and cheap with loose handles, cable and internet boxes weren't organized so when issues arose with internet, it wasn't easy to track things down with the spaghetti mess. One room literally had the cable box and wiring hanging from a coat hanger. Internet was out for a few days and even though we communicated the issue with property manager and they said they would fix it, it was never fixed and property manager never communicated status. It still wasn't working when we left and nothing from the property manager. I also had to prompt the property manager to send me entry information the day before we left for the trip - I feel this information should have been communicated earlier and without a prompt from the renter. This place is in a nice area but I would probably look at booking from another agency in the future.
Everything was great except for the TV remotes. Trouble working them, not everything worked on them, only one that would control the 2 guest bedrooms, but we managed. Good stay, nice place.
Great property. Could use a little updating (surround and tv electronics etc.) but overall a 10. Checking was easy. Property was clean. Pricing was great. Much less than a hotel a you get royal accommodations. Can't wait to come back.
The property was clean in a secluded neighborhood, the views from the front door were breathtaking. It’s very private. The pool is clean the hot tub was warm. Great for the price! I definitely recommend!

Nice place, door lock issues
Place is part of a larger condo complex that comes with small pool and hot tub. Condo was clean and functional. Modern, basic furniture.
Has electronic door, which eased process of entry and closure. Battery ran out while we were there and we had to wait outside on a hot summer evening for two hours before it was fixed. Property management company was inaccessible after hours (9pm) so we had to do online searches to find person responsible. Mail box was full so took over an hour to reach. Repairman said he had similar issue with door a month earlier.
This was the quiet location we wanted. A little out of town, still nearby for hiking and fun. We enjoyed the pool and patio. Check-in and check-out was an easy no hassle process. Kitchen items need a upgrade if you plan to cook much beware. We ended up buying a new can opener.
We love these condos. We go to Moab for the mountain biking and these places are perfect for us. The garages are great as a bike shop. Lots of space in he unit and the beds are comfy! This particular unit doesn’t have a very well appointed kitchen. They have everything but the pans are very low quality and have been ruined by other users, the “cooking” utensils are plastic and not the kind you actually cook with. If I ended up in here again, I’d take my camping set up with me.
Nice property with spectacular views. As mentioned in other comments the kitchen cookware needs to be replaced and the can opener was broke, had no handle. Other than that everything was as described.
The booking and self check-in process were super easy. Our particular rental had dark walls which belped highlight the wear and tear of the unit being a rental. Experienced 2 issues while we were there and the only suggestion I could make is they need a 24 hour phone number for maintenance issues. They are not 9-5 rentals so if something happens after the office closes you're kind of out of luck and have to leave a message. Once I got in touch with the office however they addressed the issue right away. Overall a great value vs. Booking 2 separate hotel rooms for the same amount of time.
