It is so nice that Dryden Creek is only a mile or so away from Lucky Lake House. Yes since I explained that the walkway to the dock was currently being rebuilt it would not look like the picture. you got to see a few pieces that were redone and so it is going to be nice for sure Spring 2027. I am, unfortunately, not understanding how the fire pit pictures are not as shown. I will sure take another look but it is down past the shower, close to the bridge with some cool log wood seats we made from downed trees a few years ago. I apologize for that and will certainly update that picture along with the walkway once that is complete. The lake house is beautiful and private being down in the valley and it doesn't make sense that the Core drops the lake so drastically at times. I am still glad you enjoyed the house and hope you caught alot of fish.

I am glad you stayed with me. I have not thought about a ladder because since I am in an inlet the water is definitely pure lake water. I have swam right outside of dock before and think that is a great idea and will look into adding one for the summer swimming time season.

I have removed the row boat that was stolen from the listing. I had thought I had did that already and so I am sorry about that. The steep driveway is really not a big deal once you go down it the first time. There are several other places in Kentucky that have them and if you have ever been to the mountains, like Gatlinburg some of those drive ways or 3x worse. I don't want people to be scared of that so that is why I am making this statement. If you've ever been to a mountain home this drive will will not be an issue for you. Yes I hate that about the 4 stars as it reduces my overall rating and in today's competitive market that is important. It is my fault because I should have double checked that I got it off the listing after it was stolen. It is now removed.

I am glad everything was great for you except the weather. Not sure what could be improved to have been given a 5 star review as I know my Amish cleaning team does her best to keep up with all of the demands of my beautiful lake home down in the valley. Please message me with any suggestions you might have as I want it to be perfect and in today's environment getting as close to that is so important.

I am sorry about the boat and maybe should look at a little inflatable one for there where no one can steal it. Deer vs people, well can't beat that. :). Thanks again for staying with me Rebecca.

Kelly I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. I absolutely know that the grass had to be high because of the storms and rain but the outdoor shower, fire pit and little bridge bring me many great memories and I am glad that you have made some for you and your family at my Lucky Lake Cabin.
