This Clearwater Pool house is in an amazing location, right near Dunedin on Edgewater Drive! Walk from the house to the waterfront, take a bike ride to Dunedin, or take the trail 1 block from the home. Enjoy the screened in pool lanai, and lounge around the heated pool watching your favorite shows on the outdoor TV, and listening to music while you take a dip! Clearwater beach is across the waterway, and Honeymoon Island just a short drive. Kick your feet up and enjoy!

the garage is for owner storage. you will be unable to store your vehicle in the garage, but there is ample driveway and street parking.
