Property was perfect for our visit, close to son and his family with new baby, fenced yard allowed us to help care for his pups while he and his wife cared for new daughter!

Great stay!
This cottage home is just what we needed for our visit. Very central to all the Tampa Bay Area has to offer and also great for exploring the quaint Safety Harbor. House is very clean and cozy. We most enjoyed the rockers in the front Florida room with a view of the water out the side window and the back yard fire pit. Will definitely be back!

My family of 4 loved our stay. The house was the perfect size for us, it had everything we needed and it was clean and decorated nicely. The neighborhoods are really pretty, and Main Street is super cute. We would definitely come again.

The house was great. Plenty of room. Walking distance to Main Street.
This property was conveniently located close to downtown Safety Harbor and the bay. It was clean and well maintained. Both the owner and property manager were very attentive and responsive when needed.
The neighborhood was quiet, and there were bakeries and restaurants two blocks behind that made it easy to use. It was also nice to walk along the beach. gave my family a nice vacation.
We are local but needed somewhere to stay last minute due to construction. The homeWas very nice and literally I think the bed is more comfortable than mine. It gave me a wholeOther perspective on Safety Harbor, I now want to live there. It was great being able to walk to downtown every night and the street market was great. And all close to the water.
Your home made a perfect landing spot after a day of sightseeing and beach going. The kitchen made meal prep easy, the washer and dryer were a nice surprise, the furniture was very comfortable and the beds were amazing. Your furniture and decor were perfect for the space. Perhaps the best part was the location. Safety Harbor is adorable and overall very walkable. We enjoyed the bay walk and park as well as Main Street. A must see is the Safety Harbor Arts and Music center. We were lucky to catch a concert while in town. What a treat! Would highly recommend Safety Harbor and this home.
When we arrived it was exactly as advertised and all of the access info was correct. The place was absolutely awesome my wife and I had a fantastic stay at this property. 1 block from the Bay and very close to necessities. Safety Harbor is a beautiful town. I really cant express how much we enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the property owner and management. 5🌟
Absolutely perfect location! Walkable Safety Harbor, small yard perfect for dog, and close to other area attractions. We are in the area often, and would definitely be interested in booking again. I rated cleanliness a 4 only because I had to look under all the furniture for a missing item and found a few too many dust bunnies for my taste. Otherwise perfect!!!
Great little home 1 block from bay and 5 from main street
Lovely yard with gas firepit and outdoor table on deck. Nice, clean yard with landscaping.House is delightfully and comfortably decorated. Super cute and convenient location.Nice job on the renovations and we liked the enclosed front and back porch areas.VRBO map has it in a completely incorrect location, house is 5 blocks south of main street, not a block north.I would stay here again and the property manager was super helpful.I wish the agent would send the check-in instructions closer to arrival time. I booked 3 months in advance and that was when checkin instructions were sent, so hard for me to find them. So save yours for finding later.
This was a great stay for our family. The house was great, with beautiful decor & peaceful surroundings. My kids really enjoyed the board games provided! The reason I gave it 4 stars, instead of 5 is just because we could have used a hammock, or some bikes on the property to ride down the bike path. We also needed trash cans in the bedrooms & there was confusion on where the trash cans were located outside, along with a last minute call from the property manager to move the trash cans back in from the curb, but we were out of the house and unable to do so. Overall this was a nice place for our family to stay and we would definitely book here again.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this property! We were sad the fire pit had no propane and even informed the property manager about it but the backyard was gorgeous and enjoyed hanging out in it. Parking was slightly confusing. Just park in the back of the house along the white fence because there is no driveway or clear location to park.
I was working a conference in Tampa and my wife worked remotely from the home so it was close enough for me to get to Tampa to work and come home around 4 to grab the family and head to honeymoon island state park and hangout at the beach for a few hours!
Location, location, location. This property was perfect for taking a nice walk to the peer and Main Street. The neighborhood was quiet with beautiful homes all around.
Description of the property was very accurate. There were no surprises especially with parking the car. The house was very clean. The only issue we noticed was on the glasses and other various items in the kitchen. Everything was clean but items had water spots. We think this was due to hard water.
The only ask would be directions on how to use the TVs. A little more detail would help those of us who still have cable and aren't familiar with streaming.
Responses from any questions we had were answered quickly!!

Spectacular Spot!
This place was perfect for us! I'm a single Dad with a 12-year old son and 8-year old daughter. The size of the home was ideal and the backyard was perfect. We grilled many evenings and had s'mores many more on the propane fire. We strolled around in the evenings to two local brewpubs and many ice cream shops. I purchased 10 day passes at the resort with the kids and I spending a lot of time in the large outdoor pool (and myself at the outdoor bar). Something to keep in mind, the day passes only include the outdoor pool for folks 16 and under, otherwise you get access to the spa, indoor pool, etc. I also highly suggest taking some kayaks or SUPs out from Ken who is right by the main pier by the resort. He has some info at the resort outdoor pool. My daughter and I shared a kayak and had dolphins swimming right next to us. I've never been so close to a dolphin before. Overall Safety Harbor is a great little community with a lot to do. We happened to be there during their monthly celebration (3rd Friday each month). Main Street was shut down and there were multiple bands everywhere.... some were great, some not so much (I'm a musician so I'm a bit jaded), but it was a great atmosphere nonetheless. Given we were there during Spring Break, the congestion from Safety Harbor to Clearwater was a bit at times, but it wasn't too bad overall. I highly suggest checking out Sand Keys Beach and Honeymoon Beach. However, we opted to not take the ferry over to the secluded beach from Honeymoon given the wait times. Overall, we made a lot of great memories that will hopefully last a lifetime. Highly suggested!
