The house was clean, comfortable and spacious, conveniently and centrally located to restaurants and stores. Layal was quick to respond to messages, accommodating and always very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay in Winter Haven!

So much better than staying in a hotel and very reasonably priced. The host communicated everything we would need to know and was very responsive. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the back deck.

The location was close to Legoland which was our purpose. It was also close to town & restaurants. The house was well equipped for our family of six. We had a very comfortable stay & would come back again.

Everything was smooth for check-in. Kitchen supplies are adequate. I appreciated the condiments that were in the refrigerator. Everything was clean and tidy. There are walkable places in the neighborhood for snacks and a restraint as well.

Old Haven shot to Legoland.

Love the front screen in porch. The backyard great for adults. Not enough open ground for the kids. They loved the books and toys. Kitchen had everything needed. The refrigerator and freezer had a lot of food in it. So I had to move things around to separate our food from what was in the fridge. Like the full size washer amd dryer. Didn't have a bath tub for the kids. Short drive to Legoland.

Great spot!

3 of my friends and I stayed at the house while we were in town for a wedding over the weekend. The house was very cozy and the owners were responsive when we messaged them. The screened in porches were a nice touch. Overall it was a great stay. We had a few notes about the cleanliness, however. When we arrived, there were sausage rolls on the kitchen counter that looked and smelled like they had been there for days. The fridge was also full of opened foods and condiments that looked like they were left behind by the last guests. When we asked the owners about this, they said that the cleaning service had come before our stay, but we could not understand how a cleaning service would have left the kitchen so obviously messy. Additionally, there was some mold on the shower curtains but other than those issues it was a great stay. Not sure what happened with the cleaning service but hopefully that was just a fluke. Thanks for having us!

The kitchen has plenty of things to eat with and on. I take my own cleaning supplies. But I had an extended stay. The owners are nice. The location is nice in that you are close to the lake and Old Town and 4 bars in walking distance and 3 have food. We really enjoyed walking the trail by the lake daily. You can rent a pontoon within walking distance.
