Cute 'lil' house with a great view! Just 3-blocks from downtown Wallace. This newly remodeled home features 3 beds . Perfect for a small family on a ski vacation or to go to one of the many Wallace festivals. Only a ten minute drive from the Hiawatha trail, Lookout Mountain and Silver Mountain. A half mile from the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes and one mile from the Pulaski Trail. We keep adding amenities. FYI there is no wifi in the house, but most businesses in town do have it.
Space Description: There are two sets of stairs to get into the home,~12-steps total. There are space heaters in all the rooms, A/C in the summer. Guests say it stays cool even on the hottest days.
There's a master bedroom with a queen bed and a back room the has a curtain to block out most light with a bunkbed (full and twin).
The kitchen has most of the basics for cooking and meal prep.
Other things to note: You will be sent a 4 or 5 digit code for your front door access within a day or two of booking the house. See Messages for that code.
When you check out, simply strip any used linens, wash your dishes, lock the front door and turn off any space heaters or fans.
In the winter Wallace can receive a foot of snow a day. We do shovel and de-ice several times a week. The house worked out perfectly for us, my one suggestion would be to get a regular dish rack to save drying space. We did accidentally pack a wooden slotted spatula...oops sorry! I can mail it back to you. Robin 509-449-2764

Thanks for being a great guest.
I'll look at getting a better dish rack.
No worries on the spatula, thanks for letting us know.
Ready enjoyed the space. Quiet , washer & dryer was handy. After the Hiawatha Trail Ride. I was a little muddy:). Sorry no pictures. We didn’t spend much time there. Just to sleep & shower. Which was great. Just a fast trip. Enjoying life.
The lil' blue bike and ski shack is a quaint little 1 bedroom home with a cove with a bunkbed. It has very cute bicycle and ski art and decorations scattered around the house. It was perfect fit for 2 adults and 2 kids, but you can certainly fit a few more if you needed too. Its located up on the hill in Wallace, so getting to town takes a few minutes walking, especially if the stairs down are covered in snow. Despite having several space heaters located around the home, it still was a little chilly overnight, especially in the living room area where the futon is located. The host was very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any requests or questions.
