Some difficulty getting in the building as I needed internet to watch the YouTube videos that showed how and I did not have good service when attempting to access it.

Great stay in the Arts District

This property was perfectly located. We walked to dinner, shops, and activities. I had a work meeting that I needed to be in Tulsa for and decided to bring my family. An easy 15 minute uber got me to my meeting and left my family with our car. This was a beautiful space with great amenities with an onsite gym and pool. The only complaint I have is completely out of the owner’s control. The area gets a bit loud, and the nightlife/cars could be heard in the apartment. We would stay again. Just sharing as something to note.

While I was on the plane I let the host know we would be arriving late around 1am and that we had not received check in instructions even though I had filled out the rental agreement and ID check weeks ago. He replied with them quickly. Although when we arrived at the unit I realized there was no code included for the front door. There was a code for the parking gate and the apt building but it did not work for the door. Host had in the listing they were available 24/7. I messaged asking what the code was and the response I received was “ how was your check in…etc” I replied we cannot get in! They never responded until 815 am and sent me a code. VRBO had to book us a hotel and we didn’t get settled until 430am. They apologized and offered to let us check out at 12 instead of 10. Would not stay again.

Great Location!

This was a great location with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. I recommend The Tavern a couple blocks away for upscale bar food. The property is clean and includes a secure parking garage with a reserved parking spot and secured entry to the building. We enjoyed the gas fire pit by the pool in the courtyard area which is quite lovely. The pool would be great on a hot summer day with plenty of seating and an area to grill and serve food. The home has lots of room with each of the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment. Very spacious bathrooms. The shower is a tub/shower combo which might be difficult to access for some but we had no problem with. There is a crib in one of the rooms which we didn't need but it's a nice feature if your staying with little ones. The beds are adequately comfortable. I loved the soft pretty blankets at the foot of the beds. Easy access to the freeway, I do recommend bringing ear plugs because the property backs up to the train tracks but the trains rumble through infrequently and they do not blast their horns so you only hear the rumble. Overall a great stay and I would book again on my next trip to Tulsa.
