The living room centers around a 56" Smart TV (with cable and popular streaming apps) and a wood-burning fireplace—wood is provided. Slide open the glass doors for fresh alpine air and a partial mountain view; two outdoor chairs make it a nice spot for morning coffee.
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and a dining table sits just steps away for shared meals and game nights. A mudroom by the entry keeps your ski and snowboard gear organized and out of the way. When it’s time to turn in, two bedrooms each offer the privacy of an ensuite bath and vanity area, and the living room has a sofa sleeper for flexible sleeping arrangements. You’ll also have WiFi and an in-home washer and dryer for added convenience.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Assigned parking for 1 vehicle in the underground garage (space #114). Garage clearance is 7'1". A parking pass will be in the unit and must be displayed at all times.
• Elevator/Stairs: An elevator is available in the building. It’s managed by the building and may be unavailable during maintenance; stairs are required if the elevator is out of service.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Community amenities: Shared BBQ stations, picnic areas, and the swimming pool are open seasonally in summer; three hot tubs and a sauna are typically open year-round.
• Construction: Construction is underway in the complex until further notice. Guests may experience daytime noise, and the pool and hot tubs will be out of service during this period.
• Winter safety measure: During winter, the HOA may board certain windows to protect from falling icicles.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan accordingly.
• Gear storage: A mudroom near the entrance is available for ski/snowboard equipment.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Great location, ample sleeping room, solid price. Only downside is limited parking (1 spot per unit, no additional parking) and couches are very old and are due to be replaced
This is an older unit (with some antique appliances), but everything worked great. It is large and comfortable and in a perfect location. A dedicated covered parking space right under the unit and just a block from Eagle Lodge. My family of five have stayed in many great units all over Mammoth during the past five years and this was one of the best experiences we've had!
The condo is clean and spacious; and it’s writhing easy walking distance to Eagle Lodge.

The location of this condo is excellent and very convenient for accessing the area, and the overall amenities were as described. The host communicated promptly throughout our stay, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, there was no power in the second bedroom for the entire trip. This meant no lights, no heat, and no working outlets in that room, so the TV and Wi-Fi were also initially unavailable. We notified the host on the first night. A technician came the following afternoon, but there was confusion about key access after we had been told we would not need to be present. The first visit did not resolve the issue, and a second technician arrived later that day. He was courteous and did manage to run an extension cord to restore the TV and internet, but the second bedroom still had no lighting or heat for the duration of our stay.While the host remained communicative, coordinating these visits significantly disrupted our plans and time on the mountain. The only compensation offered was 288, which did not feel commensurate with losing full use of one bedroom for the entire stay. A refund equivalent to at least one night would have felt more reasonable.Because of this unresolved issue, we would not choose to stay here again.
