Complete kitchen remodel ready for the 2023-2024 season; new wood vinyl flooring as well!

My beautiful home is nicely equipped with 2 master bedrooms plus loft, forced heat and an on-demand (tank-less) water heater that will sleep 8 comfortably. Bedroom one has a king bed, TV, and full bathroom; bedroom two has a queen bed, TV, and full bathroom; loft has 2 twin beds and 1 twin over full bunk bed. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, large couch, recliner, 2 swivel chairs, wood burning fireplace, and TV. All TV's have Roku Guest-mode Streaming service access. Off the living room is a kitchen, dining area, full bathroom and an extra large deck with a private BBQ. I provide complimentary internet and in-unit laundry machines. There are two parking spaces at the front door followed by a mudroom for all your ski/snowboard gear and equipment. The complex hosts a heated swimming pool & BBQ (summer only), two spas, and sauna all year round. A free shuttle bus stop at my complex runs every 15-minutes during the winter (green line) and gets you to Eagle Lodge within minutes (1.7 miles). Another shuttle bus stop (red line) around the corner runs all year long and throughout the town. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. (BTC/TOT: 7337)

Fabulous Kitchen - across the street from the shuttle

Had a great stay. 2 families. Cooked daily. 18 in dishwasher which was an interesting design choice but no big deal. We just ran it more often. Fully stocked kitchen. Appreciated the spacious breezeway to store our ski gear. Also appreciated the 2 dedicated parking spots out front. We had stayed at places before without dedicated parking. Washer and dryer inside was great. We took the soft foam mattress topper off the queen mattress and slept much better on the firm mattress underneath. Loft full mattress could use an upgrade but my 10 year old managed fine on it! We have stayed in other places with indoor hot tubs and saunas which we prefer. But that didn’t stop us from enjoying a soak after a long day on the slopes. Overall would love to stay here again and highly recommend!

Amazing place

Kevin was extremely accommodating and responsive. Unit was in a great location. The unit was nice, clean and modern. Mud room is a definite plus. I would love to stay here again.

Mammoth has been a home away from home for me and my family for many years. It all started when I lived in Lee Vining as a child and learned to ski from and race at June Mountain. I was fortunate to return to the area and purchase this home where I taught my four kids to ski and have hosted an annual ski trip with my elementary school friends. I have also hosted a friend/family reunion every July. The drive from where I live in Los Angeles to Mammoth never gets old. For years I drove by one item on my bucket list - Mount Whitney. Finally checked that item off with cousins when we won a Whitney day-pass lottery. 11-miles from 8000' to 14,505 means you're only halfway through the hike. The 11-mile return hike felt longer and at the end, I said I'd never do that again. Just to make sure, I did it two more times a couple years later and I am convinced I am not going to do that again. Now I drive thru Lone Pine and stop for a brief moment to take in the spectacular view of Whitney reflecting on those journeys and the view from the highest peak in the U.S., excluding Alaska. I open my home for you to create your own memories and hope you enjoy my home and the area as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

The location of my home was not even a consideration when I began my search. I wanted a 'ski in/ski out' property but was not real happy with the selection of available homes. When the agent convinced me to look at this property, I fell in love with it. I have since discovered the shuttle bus stop just across the street from my complex up to Eagle Lodge is a great place to start skiing or catch a non-crowded ski/snowboard lesson. I can hop right on Eagle Express (Chair 15) and head over to Canyon Lodge or catch Cloud 9 Express (Chair 9) to head to McCoy Station. Another great feature is everything I need is within walking distance - movie theater, grocery store, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Around the corner in front of Carl's Jr. is another free shuttle bus stop that makes a loop up to the Village Lodge with stops along the way. I could not have been any happier with this location.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! Regardless of your interest, my home is centrally located to everything - winter or summer. The interior is nicely decorated and very clean with all three bathrooms completely remodeled. The mudroom off the front door is a bonus area to hold all of your gear - bikes, skis, snowboards, fishing poles, rafts or just about anything else you might have before you enter the condo. This add on allows for an extra large deck off the living room to BBQ and hang out on.
