The Space:
Set in the Horizons 4 community, this family-friendly condo offers a simple, comfortable retreat close to everything you come to Mammoth for. The living room invites you to unwind with a cozy fireplace, flat-screen TV, and DVD player; one of the sofas converts to a sleeper for added flexibility. The full kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and the basics for easy meals, and there’s a dining table where you can gather and recap the day.
Onsite community amenities make downtime easy: relax in the year-round hot tub and sauna, or head to the rec room for ping pong, a pool table, and video games. In summer, enjoy the communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations. Laundry facilities are available year-round. Unassigned parking is provided for up to two vehicles.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be inside the unit upon arrival.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly in accordance with the HOA.
• WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Communal amenities: Hot tub, sauna, rec room, and laundry are typically available year-round. The pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are typically available in summer only. All community amenities are managed by the HOA and availability is subject to change.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: You’re within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and Vons. The local shuttle stop to Eagle Lodge is nearby. Sierra Star Golf Course, Mammoth Meadow, and Mammoth Creek are also close by, with many parks, paths, and family spots a short drive away.
