With 4 private bedrooms and 3 full baths—including an ensuite—this condo comfortably hosts up to 10. You’ll also have in-home laundry and WiFi for added convenience. Outside your door, the Mammoth Estates community offers a seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and a game room.

Important Things to Note
• Stairs: This condo requires the use of stairs. Please review photos to ensure it’s a good fit.
• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required throughout your stay and are located in the unit. Please display them at all times.
• Communal amenities: The pool, hot tub, sauna, and game room are offered by the Mammoth Estates community. Availability and hours are managed by the HOA and may vary.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty at times.
• Pet policy: No pets are allowed at this home.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
