Excellent communication leading up to our stay. Clear instructions on how to access the unit and parking. Great location for walking around, close to restaurants, shopping, easy freeway access. Unit is extremely quiet for being in the middle of the city

Adorable / clean / easy

This was a super cozy, pretty and clean space! Worked perfectly for us for the 3 nights we were here. The communication with the home owner was super easy and nice to work with . The checkout process was very simple as well.

The shower had hair and false lashes in the drain I assume (and hope) were from past guests but didn’t get cleaned. The shower didn’t have any hot water our first night, and the kitchen was lacking a handful of basics (dish towels, cooking spoons, tongs, etc). We ran into an emergency (nothing to do with the property itself) reached out to the host for assistance and didn’t hear back from the host until almost 24 hours later. Overall the property served its purpose but didn’t leave us wanting to come back anytime soon.
