Winter in Sandoval

This home was very well maintained, comfortable and spacious. The owners provided everything to provide a comfortable and welcoming experience. The experience was more like being a guest than a tenant.

The house is in a nice location (close to shopping & restaurants). Enjoyed watching the birds & otters across the waterway. Beautiful gated community.

Wonderful community and home with a gorgeous view and lanai!

We stayed in this Sandoval gated community home for most of January and February 2020. The view from the lanai was spectacular with a beautiful lake and manicured grounds. The home was very large and well maintained with all the modern conveniences. We had wifi, a well-equipped kitchen, and several beautiful bedrooms upstairs with lovely views. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly to all of our inquiries. We are happy to recommend this property!

I am a retired NYC firefighter. My wife and I purchased this home with an eye toward moving there full time in the future. In the mean time we use it to visit family and enjoy the community. We decided to rent it periodically to offset some of the bills and keep up with the maintenance of it.
