West Beach Blvd. Gulf Front Condo with Gulf Front Pool. 2 Bedroom, one king and one queen, and 2 Bath condo plus pull out queen sofa and Bunk area down the hall with two bunk beds. New refrigerator and stove also new European drawer dishwasher and new tile in bedrooms. One mile from Hywy 59 walk to dinner. Sit out on your deck, table chairs and lounge and enjoy dolphin watching and sunsets. Located on the 5th floor w/ amazing gulf views. Totally furnished, beach chairs, basket of beach toys in closet.

Last minute Fall Break family vacation

I love how comfortable I felt while at this property. It was perfect for us. The washer and dryer were amazing and definitely a life saver. The location was beautiful. We rented chairs and an umbrella for the duration of our stay, and it was definitely worth it. I’m not sure I’ll ever go back in the heat of the summer. Early October weather was perfect.

Family Trip

We enjoyed our trip! The condo was as described, we would stay again! Connie was very nice & helpful! Loved the view from the Balcony! The grandsons loved the beach, and the sand bar! Loved the condo flooring updates & master shower was great! The new sliding balcony door was nice, some ppl might think it’s heavy to push open but we loved the fact that our 5yr old could not gain access to the balcony without one of us to go with him to push it open. So for us it was nice for safety reasons. The only very slight negative was the door lock. A push button entry code would be nice. The door lock did its job but seems to be showing some wear. Thank you again, Connie for a great relaxing stay in your condo!

Family vacation

I would rate this 3.5 out of 5. We loved where it was located within a short distance of shops and restaurants and it is steps to the beach. Cute condo and clean. Our biggest complaints were the lack of patio furniture by pool, dining table is tiny and only room for 2, and you can hear everything through the walls of the neighbors beside and above you.

Fun family stay

Property was in an excellent location. Seems to be very family friendly- from rooms to other guests and parking lot attendant (loved him). Connie was an excellent host, very attentive and communication was great. The room had everything you needed plus some, we didnt have to bring all of our own beach toys, Connie provided it all. I would highly suggest this rental for your vaca getaway.

My daughter has a condo next door to my complex and I frequently come to visit. When I retired from nursing and sold my home in Oklahoma it seemed like the right time to buy a condo.

What makes this property unique

This property only has 32 units so it is very small and quaint with no large crowds at the pool or elevator. Great location one mile from HWY 59. Situated on Gulf Front amazing views of beach and pristine white sand.
