SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE !!! MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS NOW !!!

So Close to the beach, you feel as though you can touch the water from your living room! Just updated in April 2022 with fresh paint and decor. This 2nd floor, NON-SMOKING, condo has breathtaking views from the living room, master bedroom and kitchen. Our 1100 sq ft condo has a king bed in master, and queen in guest bedroom, along with a queen sofa sleeper. Two full bathrooms (one with a tiled walk-in shower !) and full size washer and dryer. At present, the parking is Complimentary at no charge for up to 2 vehicles. If the Homeowners Association changes to paid parking, I will need to collect at that time. Nice large pool with partially covered areas with picnic tables and a grill.

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores, so we didn’t know what to expect. It was absolutely fantastic! This condo was the perfect location (away from traffic enough to be manageable, right on the beach). This won’t be our last stay!

Nothing less than amazing!

We had a small family vacation, the property was perfect, right on the water. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. The owner was wonderful, even called us way before check in time to let us know we could get in early. We were so pleased!

We enjoyed being on the second floor. I LOVED that there were only 5 units per floor. It was very peaceful! We loved the enclosed balcony/ sunroom with my 2 year old. Opening the windows for the ocean breeze and smell was perfect without the fear of banisters. We loved the Short walk to the beach or our car. Definitely somewhere I would stay again!

Nice unit on the beach with wonderful views! Loved the enclosed sun room - great spot to relax and enjoy the beach sights. Common areas on the property were cleaned daily - well kept up.
