Luxurious 6th floor unit with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and Master bedroom and Little Lagoon view from the Guest Bedroom and the Front Door. Water all around =)

Crystal Shores West is a 14 story, on the beach, Gulf-Front Condominium completed in May 2008. Unit 606 is upscale and beautiful with top of the line features including 9' ceilings, windows in every room, 1 Reserved Covered Parking space comes with this reservation providing easy access to the elevator for easy loading and unloading of your Family and suitcases. You will need to purchase an additional pass upon arrival if you have two cars. The second car will need to park in a non reserved spot. Passes are $40 each car for your stay.

Our unit is completely tiled and comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a vacation home. We offer keyless entry which will eliminate key pick-up/drop-off and the worrying/possibility of losing the key in the sandy beach. This beutifully decorated 6th floor unit includes high speed internet with wireless WiFi, flat screen TVs; 55" in living and 60" in Master Bedroom (Smart TVs, including DVD players) in every room for your pleasure, cable TV, gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops , dinning area with seating for 6 and of course your private oversized Gulf front terrace large enough for a table, chairs, private sunbathing,. and MUCH more! The foyer, kitchen, bathroom, breakfast area, and laundry room are tiled. If you happen to feel like taking a break from the beach or the weather goes bad - feel free to make use of the exercise room, sauna, indoor pool, listen to the CD player, play games, read books, solve puzzles, and play cards all provided for YOUR enjoyment. We also just replaced our pullout bed with a brand-new upscale mattress for extreme comfort!

The complex offers heated indoor/outdoor swim through pool with zero entry, fountains, hot tub, sauna, barbecue grills, a spacious game room (pool and foosball), fitness center that overlooks the sugary sandy beach and a spectacular million dollar view!

Your vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores vacation or for your winter retreat.

Great view of the Gulf

Property had everything we needed for a great stay in Gulf Shores. Location was close to restaurants and shops and right on the beach. View from the balcony was excellent. Enjoyed sitting out on it and listening to the waves crashing and enjoying the gulf breeze. Perfect vacation with our friends.

Great stay!

The place was clean, with plenty of towels and cookware. Beds were comfy and the views amazing. We loved having frozen drinks/coffee on the balcony. Perfect size for our family of four! Hosts were responsive and helped remedy the only issue we had quickly. (Prior guests took the wristbands with them)

Awesome Trip

We love coming to Gulf Shores, and we love Crystal Shores West. This was our first trip to this particular room, and we would definitely come back. We had an issue with the toilet leaking, and it was fixed within hours. We love the location of this building and the easy beach access.

Beautiful View

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, the view from the balcony was great. We had unobstructed view of ocean and great location for sunrise and sunset viewing. Condo had some small issues, one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dirty dishes in cupboards, one packet of dishwasher soap, needs repainting, biggest issue was sliding doors to balcony not working properly, the one from the bedroom was so bad we couldn't use it.

We enjoyed this condo very much. The Condo had everything we needed. Communication with condo owners was great !! They were prompt and checked in to make sure everything was ok. The facilities were kept clean. The pool and game room was clean and fun. The beach was busier than we are us too but great sand great to walk , friendly families and we felt very safe. We loved having parking in the garage. Always nice to get into a cooler car. I recommend this place highly!!

Perfect Beach Vacation

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful few days away at the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had a gorgeous view of the beach with direct beach access. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella right in front of the condo and had only a short walk from the building to our space on the beach. Our son also enjoyed the pool once he was done playing in the sand and waves. The designated covered parking spot was very nice. The condo was close to several restaurants and shops and we had no trouble getting in or out of the parking lot. We were close to The Hangout and enjoyed watching fireworks at the end of the music festival happening there from our balcony.

Great Location

The property was right on the beach and very convenient to local restaurants. Just a few suggestions to make your stay more enjoyable: there are no beach towels, so bring your own. There were supposed to be enough bracelets for 7 people, but when we got to the condo there were only 2. You can purchase extras at the office. Bring toilet paper. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable; however, the utensils in the kitchen had to be washed before we could use them, and I had to mop the floor because my grandson's hands and feet got very dirty. Definitely rent the chairs and umbrella at the beach. Overall, the property served its purpose.

No bells and whistles. Just right.

Location is perfect. 1 mile east of The Hangout (end of Alabama 59). Open the access gate and you're instantly on the beach and less than 150 yards from the water. Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub is very nice and updated. Workout room is tiny and has outdated cable machine and zero free weights. Parking garage is nice but spots are very narrow so if you have a full size pickup, it's tight. The spots are deep, just not wide. Our condo was great for us on the 6th floor with an awesome view of the Gulf and bay. While it was listed as newely renovated, we disagree. It does have what appears to be new kitchen countertops and tile floor throughout. Shower water pressure was very good, AC worked flawlessly. Beds were comfy. Both sliding doors to balcony were ridiculously heavy to open. No toilet seat lid on master bathroom toilet. Unit could use a weekend of minor upgrades to really make it "pop" but it was clean, quiet and secure. Wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

We recently stayed at this condo and overall the experience had both highlights and frustrations.Pros:Very easy access to the beach – which made it so convenient.Beautiful morning views from the balcony, perfect for coffee and relaxation.The umbrella rental team – they made things simple and stress-free.Water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the water heated up quickly.The condo itself is nice.Cons:Not the owner’s fault, but the unit above us started leaking. This led to multiple disruptions, maintenance coming in and out, and us needing to clean up after their visits – a major inconvenience during vacation.Neighbors smoked on their balcony despite the condo rules stating no smoking, which made it unpleasant to sit outside at times.Overall cleanliness of the condo was disappointing. I expect some sand at the beach, but there was sand on the countertops and appliances when we arrived.The appliances and much of the kitchenware are very worn and need updating. We couldn’t even find a pan suitable for cooking eggs. Part of renting a condo is the ability to prepare meals and enjoy the place as a “home away from home,” and this was not possible.Final Thoughts:This condo has a fantastic location and several things going for it, but between the maintenance issues, lack of cleanliness, and outdated kitchen, it didn’t fully meet expectations. With some updates and closer attention to detail, this could be a great rental.

Great view, cute little condo. Perfect for our family. The elevators were rough on Saturday but that’s no fault of the owners. Parking was easy and convenient. Do wish there were dishes other than glass or breakable since traveling with kids but again we were adaptable! Beach access is great. The outside cushions could use updating and some sort of rug would be nice to wipe feet off. Otherwise everything was awesome! Really enjoy our time.

Great view!

The unit had a great view and location! Overall the unit was as described but could use a deep cleaning and some general maintenance. The parking spot is tight if you have a large vehicle but we were aware of that from a different review. Thankfully no one was parked by us for the whole week. One of the downfall of the building but not the unit are the elevators. There are two but they are slow and very busy. On check out day, we had to wait about 30 mins to get one to take our things to the car. Since you are on the 6th floor, it’s a lot of stairs to try to do it that way. Overall we had a great week and enjoyed our stay!

Great Place

We enjoyed a short trip to visit some dear friends we hadn't seen in years, staying for two pleasant nights. The view was breathtaking, the location ideal, and the staff incredibly kind and welcoming. The condo was spotless and well-prepared for our arrival. Our host was readily available to answer any questions we had. We would certainly love to stay here again.

My daughter and I decided to buy a Condo to have a getaway on the beach. The moment we laid eyes on this Condo we fell in-love. With our whole family being in the military (myself and husband both retired military and both sons and daughter currently serving our nation in the US Army) we decided to get a beautiful place convenient enough that we all could manage to come together throughout the year to see each other that is convenient for all and also allows my husband and I to get away from the Alaskan cold throughout points in the winter.

This property has it all - One of the newest complex's in Gulf Shores and it clearly shows the updates and amenities offered. Wouldn't have chosen anything else.
