You can't go wrong with this property. We couldn't believe the beach supplies that were available for our use. That was definitely a plus. The office staff was amazing. Location perfect for our needs. There was a small leak that was quickly addressed. I do wish there had been a broom and dust pan provided so we could clean up the sand more efficiently.

Great property!! The communication with our host was amazing. They checked on my family after we arrived to make sure we were 100 percent satisfied. The view was top notch, covered parking made everything smooth. We have stayed in gulf shores a few times but this experience was the best. Dealing directly with the owners insisted of some management company will be on our vacation check list from now on. Hope this review helps you and your family enjoy a breath taking sunset.

We loved everything about the condo! The view of the Gulf from the balcony was amazing! We loved sitting out there! Everything was truly great! We can’t wait for next year when we go to Gulf Shores again!

Living room furniture was so outdated and uncomfortable! Dishwasher did not clean or dry the dishes! We informed the owners the first week with no response! We had to wash dishes for a month! Cushions on balcony were dirty and ripped! Toaster burnt bread every time even at the lowest setting! We were told construction would not begin until last week in October, it started 2nd week of October! Very loud and dusty, health hazard with all the dust! We were sneezing and coughing because of all the dust due to the grinding of the breezeway’s on 14 floors! Construction was to be the hours of 9-6, however we were woken up several mornings before 9:00AM due to the noise! No garbage cans in the pool area! We were very disappointed that we were not informed of the true timeline and extensive work conditions that was scheduled during our stay! Even though we were credited 500 for the “supposedly last week of construction” we should have been credited much more for the noise, dust, and inconvenience of weeks of construction!!

Hi Rebecca, I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We are a bit surprised since your original note to us upon check-in was that everything was lovely. We also were very communicative to get you to the right building for check in and also walked you through how to use the TVs and remote. Secondly, we did notify months in advance that construction would be occurring and there would be noise. We did this to give you an opportunity to book elsewhere or give you an additional $500 discount off the already published lowest rate we could offer. I apologize for your dissatisfaction and know that we take all feedback to ensure our guests have a nice stay. Thank you, Hallie

Beautiful views and beach

I had an amazing stay with my wife, daughter and grandson. The unit is beautifully kept, has great views and the owners were amazing to work with. I highly recommend this place!!

The view was absolutely beautiful! The condo was nice, but I wouldn't say "Luxurious " as described in the listing. The code for entry was very long and a pain to remember. There is a separate one for pool and beach. Pool area was ok but very small with no view. We loved how close the beach is , a very short walk. Covered free parking was a plus! We enjoyed the spacious balcony very much!Not alot within walking distance. We opted to drive to Orange beach and Perdido for nice meals and Dolphin Cruise. It took three tries to message the host with a few questions ahead of our stay to finally receive a response. We didn't see a guestbook in the condo. Most rentals have one and I always enjoy reading about others experience and recommendations. Also did not receive any checkout instructions
