This property was comfortable, clean, and convenient! We were staying in Rome for a tennis tournament and the property is less than 5 minutes from Rome Tennis Center at Barry College. The property was very clean and had all supplies we needed, including two coffee makers and cleaning supplies! Rocky was a great host. He checked in on us at arrival and throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Rocky and Pam were great. We ran out of propane, and Rocky came out of his way to get more for us. He provided a later checkout since we needed it for out tennis matches. We loved the location too the tennis courts. We were able to come back and cool down after the matches to prepare for the second match. Would recommend. Would stay here again if the the opportunity arises.

Expectations Exceeded

From the moment I pulled into the driveway this property exceeded all expectations. The cleanliness of the house is unmatched, Every drawer in the kitchen is labeled so I had no difficulty finding what I needed. All light switches are labeled as well. I cannot recommend this property and Rocky enough. I will definitely book with them again!

Perfect Place to Stay in Rome GA

We recently stayed at this home March 20-24, 2025 and I can tell you that I could not have asked for a better home to stay in. We did not need or want for anything. There was nothing we had to worry about. Clean linens and towels, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. All the kitchen utensils and cooking supplies you could ask for. Comfortable beds and bedding. Great internet service. Rocky was quick to answer if there were any questions and for me, staying in a home directly across the street from my daugher and grandkids was a big plus. Loved this home and will definitely stay again.
