This was our second stay at this property and everything was great once again! Cleanliness, communication and check in was excellent! Melissa is a great host and she goes above and beyond to make sure your accommodations are to your expectations. Thanks, Melissa! Location was perfect to visit Berry college once again. It's also close to nice dining options. We enjoyed a nice dinner at Provino's. We are looking forward to booking again in the future!

Mountain Day weekend

We had a fantastic stay at your property! The house, though small, was cozy and perfectly suited for the three of us while visiting my college students at Berry. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring great nights of sleep, and you provided more than enough supplies for our needs. The location was excellent, and the area was wonderfully peaceful. We truly enjoyed our time there!

Great apartment in a convenient location

I visited Rome for a tennis tournament held on the same weekend at Berry College’s graduation. Hotel rooms were scarce, so a teammate and I rented this place. It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could want. The location is great - a short drive to the tennis center, Berry College and downtown Rome.

Great place to stay

This is an awesome place to stay for a small group of people. It’s in a great location, less than 5 minutes away from Publix, CVS and some great restaurants. The house is very clean and seems like newly renovated. This is the second time I booked the house through this host, she is very responsive and the welcome guide that she provided covers all the useful information. Will definitely use the same service when I come back next time😊

This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! Communication with the host was easy and Melissa is very friendly! She referred us to some local restaurants. My wife and daughter chose Provino's and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Melissa! Even if you didn't book to visit Berry, I think the location is great for anything you are wanting to do.

Cozy unit with everything we needed

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit is beautiful and cozy and stock with an amazing array of kitchen equipment. Everything was beautifully labelled and sparkling clean for our stay. The check in process was smooth and communication with the owners was perfect: there if we needed them but non-intrusive. I have family in Rome and will recommend this unit to anyone needing a little extra space for out of town guests.
