Mornings start with coffee by the water. Spend the day fishing off the 120’ dock just below, exploring the river by kayak or boat, or simply relaxing on your expansive back decks overlooking the water.

Evenings are for gathering around the fire pit, grilling out, or watching the sun set from your back porch, or outdoor gazebo and sitting areas that overlook the water.

This 2BR · 2BA home Sleeps 8+ We are Pet-Friendly (must book in advance with pet cleaning fee), and offers access to the 120’ boat dock, plus other outdoor shared amenities such as gazebos and picnic areas, a large firepit and relaxing surrounding stone patio with community grill area (although each home has its own grill on their decks), plus a 42' X 22' concrete pad for use as a pickleball/ tennis/ or volleyball court (we provide the court set-up, racquets and balls including football and soccer balls). Life-sized games like giant Jenga for indoor or outdoor fun are also on property. Indoor board games are provided, too.

This home has a fully glass enclosed (floor to ceiling windows) Sun Porch with amazing waterfront views for peace and serenity, or for use as an indoor entertainment area.

Its just a few steps away to our properties boat dock (useable by any guest in one of our guests amongst our three property rentals for sitting, relaxing or fishing off the dock).

You can bring your own boat, jet skis or kayaks and we will share where to put in the water just a few minutes away, and you can dock right below your rental. OR, rent one of our boats, fishing charters with guide, kayaks or tubes for an amazing day out on the water.
