About this property

Newly renovated retreat in the heart of Lawrenceville with parking and a yard!

Originally built in the 1860s, Blackberry Way has been newly renovated from top to bottom with custom finishes and modern decor. This property is centrally walkable to all the unique local purveyors and eats that the Lawrenceville neighborhood has to offer! We hope you will come stay and enjoy a retreat at our little gem in Pittsburgh!

Our home offers a fully appointed custom kitchen with peninsula bar, quartz countertops, a dual coffee pot/K cup machine, Cuisinart appliances (toaster, blender, electric kettle), as well as ample dinner services and glassware. Local roasted coffee is also provided.

The living area is sizable with ample seating for guests, a large 65” HDTV with streaming offered through AppleTV and cable through YouTubeTV.

There are two bedrooms located on the upper level, both with queen sized beds. 100% cotton bedding and down pillows. Aesop bath products are provided, along with towels and a hairdryer.

A free full-sized washer and dryer also is available on the upper level, as well as an iron and steamer.

The backyard contains a smokeless SoloStove fire pit, as well as four Adirondack chairs and firewood.

Off street parking is also available, which can comfortably fit one full sized car/SUV. Additional parking is available on conveniently located side streets!

Perfect stay

We had a great stay! We stayed for our wedding weekend and they left us such a thoughtful welcome gift. The house with very clean with amazing decor, comfy beds, and a very nice bathroom and kitchen. Cannot beat the location!

Family visit - home away from home

Modern, tidy spot in great neighborhood

This property is centrally located in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty to do. It’s also easy to access downtown and other attractions. The house itself is modern, tidy, and very comfortable. The owner was very responsible and anticipated every need. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at this property was my best VRBO stay in the last 20 years that have dozens of properties. The location is excellent and Pittsburgh has tons of amazing things to see and do. The property is quiet, safe clean and has all of the amenities you could imagine. we loved that it had a dedicated parking spot and a fenced in backyard. The inside is absolutely newly remodeled and it was so clean we felt like we were the first guest to ever stay there. The bed is very comfortable (and there are two queen beds available). The towels, linens pillows, and everything were all comfortable and perfect. In summary, we could not possibly be happier with our stay and absolutely look forward to returning. A and a true 10 out of 10.
