SDSU parents - this should be your go to place for your visits. It's a shame we found it only at graduation! Super clean place, exactly as advertised. 10 minutes to campus, tops. Loved the backyard. Since the property is near the top of the hill, the houses around you aren't right on top of you, so you get lots of sun and a view of the horizon.

San Diego Getaway

My family and I came to experience San Diego for a quick trip. The house was conveniently located within 30mins of all the major things we wanted to do/see. It was clean and had everything needed for a great trip. The property manager was quick to respond to all of my inquiries as well. Would recommend!

Wonderful, comfortable home. The bedrooms were spacious with large closets and drawers. The basic amenities were provided. The house was super clean.Although there was a garage, we ended up parking on the street because it was easier than opening the garage door from the inside each time. Street parking was always available and never a problem. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and the location was great. The house was about about 15 minutes from all the common visitor spots.The backyard was really great for relaxing after a long day of walking. We used the fire pit for s'mores and enjoyed the hot tub. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was not usable. Overall, a great place to stay in San Diego if you have a car. It was perfect for our family of 5 (mom, dad, 12 year old, 8 year old, and grandma).

This San Diego proprty is a beautiful place to stay! House was spacious enough for our family. The yard is good size and very inviting! The hot tub was very enjoyable! The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Location is key to this property, easy to access groceries, restaurants, freeway. This place is a gem! Kitchen amenities were good, just like home! I highly recommend booking this place when you plan to stay in San Diego!

Annual Christmas Get Together in San Diego Needing Another Dwelling

I would label this property welcoming, cozy, and better than I expected. My husband, myself, my daughter’s family of four, and my dog stayed there for a week. My other two sons and daughter-in-law lived less than a mile away, so it was convenient for them to come and visit. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe, safe enough to take walks after dark. The house was very child friendly; we could close doors and section off the family room from the kitchen and the hallway leading to the bedrooms. What we really loved was the enclosed backroom/porch that led out to the backyard. This room was wonderful for setting up toys for the grandkids to play with and we could play with them, talk, and enjoy ourselves. The backyard was set up where we could eat many meals. The bedrooms were nicely sized. The house host was very cordial to communicate with; she answered any questions very promptly. To summarize, this was the first time we ever rented a vacation home, and we definitely made the right choice for our needs.
