Host was cooperative

The property had some issues due to the 2024 summer hurricanes that required the host cooporation to address those issues which she mostly repair so we can stay safely for tge few months we booked.

It was fine but not worth the hassle to rent. They want background checks, lengthy rental agreement paperwork, etc. it is clear the HOA does not want the owners to rent especially if you have a work vehicle.

The lanai looks out onto a fenced garden area surrounded by a wooden fence for privacy. I love having my coffee there in the morning.
