The guest before you used the fireplace without my knowledge . I just purchased an ozone generator just incase that happens again.

I do apologize for the lively neighbors that weekend — Friday and Saturday days can sometimes bring a little extra energy to the area. On a fun note, One of the neighbors occasionally sell homemade ribs that many locals consider some of the best around — That brings extra cars and can be misunderstood for partying. Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you chose not to stay. I do want to clarify a few points for future guests. I responded the same evening and addressed the concerns raised at the time. The property is listed as smoking friendly; there is a designated outdoor smoking area on the front porch, which is clearly permitted and separate from the interior space. Regarding the temperature, the unit was functioning properly. On the night in question, outdoor temperatures were unusually cool (around 56°F), and the AC unit is designed to a 60⁰f cooling limit. This is normal operation, not a malfunction. The layout of the property is accurately described in the listing, including that it is attached with a shared wall, which is common for this type of accommodation. I also made attempts to communicate and assist, including offering to meet at the property, but was unable to connect further after the guest departed. The reservation remained active and was not canceled, which prevented rebooking those dates. I always strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented stay, and I encourage guests to review listing details carefully and reach out with any questions prior to arrival.
