Located in Bradenton, FL minutes from Sarasota and Tampa International Airports. The studio includes a private separate entrance, private bathroom, wifi, a kitchenette with full size fridge, Keurig, and stove top. There is a washer/dryer combo in the unit and also an EV Car charging station. Minutes from Anna Maria Island, Coquina Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, award winning Siesta Key Beach and 15 minutes from St. Armand’s Circle. Pets are welcome (limit 15 lbs) for a small fee ($25)

I was in town for a camp my son was attending at IMG. He was staying at the dorms, so it was just me in the vrbo. It was perfect and just as described/pictured and only 2.2 miles from IMG.

Simple studio near Bradenton

The property looks just like the pictures and is clean and well-maintained. The property owners are very nice, flexible and easy to communicate with. My daughter and I really only slept and showered there but it was a perfect, quiet little place to rest our heads. We enjoyed our stay.
